The handover was well organised, there are videos to watch beforehand and available whenever I need to familiar myself again with the motorhome control panel and using instructions. We enjoyed staying in the motorhome, the heating, hot water and water pressure were excellent. Richard, Caroline and Simon are very responsive on WhatsApp when we have questions about the motorhome during the trip. I’ll rent again from them in future!
