We had a wonderful 5-day trip across Scotland starting from Edinburgh, staying at various campsites along the way. The van was handed over to us in pristine condition—very clean and well-maintained.
As a family of two adults and two teenagers, we found the van both comfortable and practical. Every evening at the campsite, setting up was a breeze: popping the roof, swivelling the front double seat, and setting up the table for dinner. Lyndey’s explanations were incredibly clear, and we quickly got the hang of the routine.
Cooking was very convenient, especially with the Airfryer, which we used every time we were hooked up to power. When off-grid, the gas hobs worked perfectly too. We also made great use of the camping chairs stored under the rear bench.
While you do need a bit of organization to manage luggage between day and night modes, it wasn’t an issue at all. A huge advantage of this van’s size compared to a full-sized motorhome is how easy it is to park. We often found parking spots right in the city center without any trouble.
