Nikolas was thorough and very patient while he explained how to use the facilities, kindly allowing our kids to play in his garden to keep them occupied. We travelled the NC500 with two adults and four kids and we were very comfortable despite some very windy and narrow roads! We really enjoyed our trip and would highly recommend renting with Nikolas - he gave us so many recommendations and was really understanding about the realities of travelling with children.
