Renata was really friendly and welcoming. The handover was quick and painless. The camper van was very clean and tidy inside. It was really easy to drive and very comfortable to travel in. It had everything we needed and more. The fridge is full size and has a large freezer too. The shower was lovely and warm and Renata even supplied towels and linen, all be it we didn't use them as we had brought our own. There is lots of cupboard space and a wardrobe. The large comfortable bed gave us plenty of good nights sleep.
We had unfortunately broken a door catch when packing but Renata didn't make a big issue of this. I'd also left my watch in the van as Renata found this when she was cleaning it. I drove back the day after to collect my watch and discussed rehiring for next year. Renata is a pleasure to deal with and the camper van won't disappoint. I highly recommend hiring for Renata.
