Mandy was excellent - saved the day when another hire was in an accident and we had 48hours to find a replacement. BOD is perfect - us and our 2 dogs had an amazing time in N Wales and the van was perfect for our needs. Mandy has specced it perfectly and I couldn't think of any improvements - its also a great van to drive! Thanks so much :)
