The van met our basic needs and we had a lovely time in the highlands. Unfortunately, the living/sleeping area was very dirty to an uncomfortable degree. Most of the amenities worked well, but some seemed makeshift (e.g. the advertised "Bluetooth audio" is just an extra Anker loudspeaker). Christine was helpful, friendly and endeavoured (even replacing stale bedlinen mid-trip) and communication worked very well, which improved the experience greatly. Overall however, we unfortunately cannot recommend booking this van.
