Laura provided helpful “ how to “ videos before pick up to demonstrate how to swivel the seats and put up the pop top . She communicated really promptly and pick up / drop off was easy . Had an amazing time in the van on the NC500 route and the van was clean , comfy and really economical on fuel - what not to love ??
