Jaqui could not have been more helpful. She showed us round the vehicle & explained carefully & slowly how everything worked. And on the discovery that we have left some essential bedding at home she solved our embarrassment by providing the essential items. What more could anyone ask. Jaqui was friendly, thoughtful & extremely helpful & made the whole experience simple & enjoyable.
