We booked this motor home to trial as we want to buy our own motor home. This was ideal. We thought we wanted to buy this type of motorhome but we have decided to look at other vans with a set up back bed romm as we found this van quite tight with not much space even though it was a 6 berth. The van in general was clean and in good state after checking in with Katie who was maragerts the owners staff who looks after check in and returns. All good the check in good took all the photos for safety and of we went to the lake district. Every thing was ok microwave ok oven stove water ok but then night time at this time of the year was quite cool and we could not get the heating to work even after check in i knew what to do. If your hiring make sure the heating works. All in all good hire, thanks. Oktober 2025

Hand over was great, katie explained everything we needed to know. We had a comfortable drive to Pickering and setting up was easy. There was so much space in the van and so clean and comfortable Oktober 2025

Handover awful with Margaret not able to listen and communicate with the problems concerned. Not customer focused and states “not arguing go to the claims section” . Issues:- Motorhome exterior not in good repair, bumper taped and windows cracked. No heating working No microwave working for prepped meals No water for shower, wc or sink Awning has a damaged support leg No levelling blocks to provide level access. No manual to refer to as contacting them is a problem and issues are not resolved over the phone. Pick up was a rush by staff who are rushed to answer questions to best of their knowledge and rushed to get back to their main jobs of teaching. Katie and Gareth were helpful, but Margaret not interested. Totally disappointed as I never got a Motorhome that catered for my needs and my disabled wife. September 2025

We had a wonderful time in the Motorhome on our trip to Wales. Our family of 6 ranged from 8 yrs to 82 yrs and we all found the motorhome to be comfy perfect for our holiday. Augustus 2025
