We hadden deze camper gehuurd voor 11 dagen om de Schotse Hooglanden mee te verkennen. Deze camper wordt verhuurd via het bedrijf Easicampers, wat we niet op voorhand wisten. De communicatie verliep heel stroef. We hadden enkele vragen en hebben meerdere keren moeten mailen en bellen vooraleer we iemand aan de lijn kregen. De ophaallocatie die je krijgt klopt ook niet. De juiste locaties is: 1 Drovers Rd, Edinburgh, Broxburn EH52 5ND De locatie ligt vrij uit de buurt, in een industrieterrein. Je kan er het makkelijkste komen via Uber, maar reken op $25-33 per rit. Daar aangekomen vonden ze eerst onze boeking niet terug, waardoor de camper ook niet klaar stond. Gelukkig hebben ze het kunnen regelen en zijn we een uur later kunnen vertrekken. Ze hebben als toegift wel enkele dingen gratis uitgeleend, zoals de stoeltjes en tafel en het beddengoed. De camper op zich was wel dik in orde. Enkele kleine dingen werkten niet of maar half, maar dat stoorde niet op het moment zelf. De campervan reed zeer goed, het kookvuur werkte naar behoren, het verwarmde mooi 's avonds.. Kortom, dankzij de goede ervaring tijdens de roadtrip zelf geef ik nog 4 sterren in plaats van 3. September 2025

I have nothing good to say about Goboony. Essentially, they are a third party company that hires out motor homes owned by a rental company. The rubbish they talk about hiring “Nicholas Edward’s” motor home is a sham. We hired from “Nicholas” in Edinburgh but essentially we hired from easicampers.com. Do yourself a favour and go directly to them, they were great! In the weeks leading up to our holiday, I messaged “Nicolas” 3 times to organise a time to collect the van, and ask if we could hire linen. I’ve yet to be replied to. With zero information from “Nicolas” we arrived at Easicampers.com’s venue at 17:15 to collect the van to which they were closed, even though our info sheet said we could collect the van “from 2”, there was no mention of the last collection being at 4pm. We had to find a hotel for the night. The trip ended up being great but with no thanks to Goboony and all thanks to easicampers.com. April 2025

Buona valutazione, peccato per il check out Al check in ci è stato consegnato un veicolo diverso da quello prenotato. Forse meglio perchè un poco più grande. Ma comunque diverso. Il check in è stato buono. Ci è stato spiegato quasi tutto. Durante il viaggio abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà con l'acqua calda, per la quale le istruzioni non erano molto precise. Il fornitore è stato sempre disponibile a rispondere via email alle nostre richieste. Durante il viaggio quasi tutto bene, ad eccezione dell'acqua calda. A tre giorni dal termine della vacanza inoltre, mentre stavamo guidando, si è staccata la tubazione di scarico delle acque pulite (si trova all'esterno, sotto il camper) con relativo rubinetto che sono andati smarriti. L'acqua è fuoriuscita e la riserva è andata esaurita. Ovviamente stavamo guidando e non ce ne siamo accorti. Ce ne siamo accorti il giorno successivo perchè non avevamo più acqua e non potevamo più caricare acqua. Siamo stati costretti a passare gli ultimi tre giorni nei camping per utilizzare i servizi. Oltre al disagio che abbiamo avuto, invece che essere rimborsati, al nostro rientro ci sono stati addebitati 125 £ per il tubo (un tubo flessibile da 40 cm) e il rubinetto mancanti. Nelle foto vedete il veicolo che ci è stato dato e il dettaglio del tubo che si è accidentalmente staccato durante la guida Augustus 2024

Camper van was great apart from the water did not work for the whole week we had the van. Was advised by the rental company they would contact me to resolve. 3 weeks later still waiting to hear from them. Juli 2021

Hired a motorhome to do the NC500 in with easicampers and would definitely recommend. They are very knowledgeable about how to get the most out of your trip and are flexible when it comes to drop off times if they can be. Motorhome was relatively clean when we got it (understandable as it had only just come back in) and there was acceptable wear and tear (given a two year old vehicle). Motorhome was a brilliant drive and never caused us any issues. Easicampers we’re at the end of the phone if we needed them and were polite throughout. Juni 2021

It was our 1st time hiring a motorhome, it was super easy and straight forward and an amazing experience. We was so thrilled when we went to pick up the MH and it was brand new. We went away as a family of 4 and it had tons of space and storage. Big fridge with additional drink cooler compartment, plus small freezer. Oven, hob, We took our own kettle. All cooking utensils and crockery are on board. Great shower and toilet, 1 double 1 queen 1 large single bed plus a pull out bed if required. We hooked our daughters TV up in it as there is a TV bracket and ariel. Bike rack attached to the rear too. Our experience using this company exceeded all our expectations and we can't wait to book our next adventure. Thank you xx Juni 2021

From beginning to end the experience with Wigan radical pets was excellent. They were accommodating with a change of dates due to Covid, friendly on the phone, helpful with pickup and drop off times and overall great to deal with. The van was excellent, really well equipped and clean. I would most definitely recommend using Wigan easicampers in the future Mei 2021

Our T6 California that we rented for 10 nights was just perfect for our staycation in Cornwall this summer for the 2 of us and a border collie Joss. Having an automatic was a delight on motorways and also when negotiating little Cornish lanes. Everyone we dealt with at the hiring company couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Our pick up and drop off was really smooth and would hire this again without a doubt. Oktober 2020

Firstly , i'd like to thank all at Goboony , and easy hire , for thier excellent help , to have our fabulous 10 days away. The Toleno was was the perfect choice for us , great and comfortable to drive , excellent on fuel too . two full tanks to 1430 miles . inside was very clean when we picked it up , and had everything explained to us . The bed was very comfortable to sleep on . Thanks again , we had a fab holiday , and i've just recommended them to a friend of mine , who had watched our trip on facebook . If your thinking of hiring the Toleno , i'd say go ahead and do it , we are already thinking of hiring again for next year to go around Northern Ireland Thanks Tony McMurrough September 2020

We zijn heel vriendelijk ontvangen toen we de camper ophaalden. Alles is goed uitgelegd door een Schot in het Nederlands. De koffers mochten we achterlaten, ook fijn. Camper zag er prima uit.. Enige aandachtspunt: achteruitrijcamera was kapot. We hebben een prachtige vakantie gehad en overwegen in het voorjaar weer te gaan. Zeer positieve camperervaring. Oktober 2019

I recently rented a motorhome over the Easter period at short notice. I was offered an early collection at no cost which was a great help to me, it enabled me to load the motorhome a day earlier meaning it didn't eat into our family holiday. Handover was slick, informative and very thorough. Unfortunately I had an accident and damaged the rear of the motorhome whilst travelling, the damage charges were extremely fair and I was left feeling like I had dealt with a really honest and professional organization. I would definitely recommend Mei 2019
