Hallo, ik ben James!

Inverness-shire, Verenigd Koninkrijk – Lid sinds april 2022

Ik woon al zeven jaar in de Schotse Hooglanden, sinds ik vanuit Londen hierheen ben verhuisd. Ik heb de camper gekocht om meer van de Hooglanden te kunnen ontdekken, zodat ik kan ontsnappen aan het dagelijks leven en nieuwe plekken kan ontdekken. Ik geniet ervan om rustige plekjes buiten de gebaande paden te vinden waar ik kan wandelen, stranden of kleine dorpjes kan verkennen en aan het einde van de dag kan ontspannen, omringd door prachtige landschappen en de natuur om me heen.

Holiday of a lifetime to celebrate my 60th birthday! James was a great host who explained everything very clearly and was so friendly. We did the NC500 over 7 nights and a couple of nights on Skye. Our van was Stan and we loved him! He felt 100% reliable as if he could have done the route on His own. We had booked into campsites with electric hookup which made it stress free. Although Stan is compact there was enough storage for 4 adults (we did have to be organised but that was ok) This was our first trip in a camper van and we’ll definitely book with James again. He was so reassuring. Highly recommend. April 2026

Handover with James was super smooth. The run through of the van was really informative and all our questions were easily answered. The van had all the accessories and tools we needed for 8 nights with some wild camping included and was surprisingly spacious for 2 adults. We loved our time out up in the highlands and I cannot recommend James enough, I will definitely be renting off him again if I’m in the area. April 2026

We had a great time in Stan! We drove from Inverness, to the Isle of Skye, back round through Glen Coe and along the Loch Ness! We were weary camping in January but Stan kept us safe on our travels and warm when camped up. James was super helpful. Couldn’t have asked for anything more! Januari 2026

James was so helpful, he was easy to contact and made pick up and drop off very smooth. ‘Stan’ was the perfect vehicle to explore Scotland. And I would definitely hire a motorhome from James again! November 2025
