We booked with Richard to hire out his 6 berth motorhome. The booking was very simple with all information clear. The motorhome was very easy to use, clean and comfortable. Richard had a lovely relaxed approach to hiring out his motorhome. We went away with our 2 children and dog and we made to feel very relaxed about the whole experience. The motorhome is spacious, has modern interiors and lots of storage. We drove to Cornwall and completed a 2 week road trip. Richard was always available to contact if needed but his clear instructions meant we understood how everything worked. We would absolutely book with Richard again and hope to do again in the future. Richard was an incredibly helpful host and great fun. We had a few problems with another company, Indie Campers, and Richard was able to accommodate us very quickly. We were very lucky to have found him. His motorhome is amazing. It was my first time driving that kind of vehicle, but as Richard mentioned, it was very easy to drive. I strongly recommend him. We had an amazing motorhome holiday and I cannot recommend Richard highly enough. We travelled with two children, a 92-year-old friend, and two dogs, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Richard was incredibly responsive, accommodating, flexible, and helpful throughout the entire process. The check-in was surprisingly simple and well organised. I had hired motorhomes before, but never through Goboony or from Richard, and I was impressed by how straightforward everything was. I came prepared with utility bills and a credit card, but all I needed was my driving licence. Richard gave a thorough explanation of the motorhome and made sure we were comfortable before setting off. He was also very understanding when I got lost and was delayed returning the vehicle. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The motorhome itself was spotless, well maintained and fully equipped with everything we needed for a fantastic trip around the Cotswolds and Pembrokeshire. Whenever I had a question, Richard replied almost immediately. For example, when I wasn't sure how to empty the waste tank, he sent clear instructions straight away. We had such a memorable break and created wonderful family memories. Thank you, Richard, for helping make our trip so enjoyable. We are already planning to hire from you again next year. Richard was the perfect person to rent a camper from. From the very beginning, communication was excellent, and everything was exactly as described.
