Hallo, ik ben James!

Inverness-shire, Verenigd Koninkrijk – Lid sinds april 2022

Ik woon al zeven jaar in de Schotse Hooglanden, sinds ik vanuit Londen hierheen ben verhuisd. Ik heb de camper gekocht om meer van de Hooglanden te kunnen ontdekken, zodat ik kan ontsnappen aan het dagelijks leven en nieuwe plekken kan ontdekken. Ik geniet ervan om rustige plekjes buiten de gebaande paden te vinden waar ik kan wandelen, stranden of kleine dorpjes kan verkennen en aan het einde van de dag kan ontspannen, omringd door prachtige landschappen en de natuur om me heen.

Handover with James was super smooth. The run through of the van was really informative and all our questions were easily answered. The van had all the accessories and tools we needed for 8 nights with some wild camping included and was surprisingly spacious for 2 adults. We loved our time out up in the highlands and I cannot recommend James enough, I will definitely be renting off him again if I’m in the area. April 2026

We had a great time in Stan! We drove from Inverness, to the Isle of Skye, back round through Glen Coe and along the Loch Ness! We were weary camping in January but Stan kept us safe on our travels and warm when camped up. James was super helpful. Couldn’t have asked for anything more! Januari 2026

James was so helpful, he was easy to contact and made pick up and drop off very smooth. ‘Stan’ was the perfect vehicle to explore Scotland. And I would definitely hire a motorhome from James again! November 2025

Eric the camper van was perfect and was my companion on my amazing highland adventure. All aspects of booking and organising my trip was simple and transparent. I cannot recommend recommend James and his camper and highly enough. Thanks for everything and I will be back. November 2025

James and “Ollie” were great from start to finish! James picked us up and ripped us off at the station and was on hand throughout the week we hired Ollie. Ollie was in great condition and perfect for our wee exploring the NC500. Overall couldn’t recommend James and Ollie enough. Oktober 2025

James communicated well with us ahead of our trip and even picked us up and dropped us off to the bus station! Not sure that’s normally included but we were very grateful! Van was clean and fully equipped for our 5 night trip. We just brought our usual holiday gear. Van drove well and was comfortable. We stayed around Inverness while I visited my godmother then drove up to Durness and down to Ullapool. We will definitely use James again next time we visit. Oktober 2025
