From the moment we sent our initial booking request, the whole experience with Victoria was seamless from start to finish. Victoria was incredibly friendly from our very first conversation about dates. She was always quick to respond, answered all of our questions, and made the whole booking process so easy. When we arrived to collect the van, it was immaculate, beautifully presented, and incredibly stylish. The handover was thorough without feeling overwhelming, and the digital check-in process using the app was really straightforward. Victoria took the time to explain everything clearly, had even printed out instructions for us to take away, and made it clear that we could contact her at any point during our trip if we needed anything. Thankfully, we didn’t need to because everything worked perfectly. Returning the van was just as simple and hassle-free. If you’re looking for a high-spec campervan and someone who is genuinely friendly, professional and easy to deal with, I can’t recommend Victoria highly enough. We had an amazing weekend and are already looking at dates for our next adventure! Juni 2026

We have had the best time in this camper. The owners went above and beyond with their service and were so accommodating. They really have thought of everything you would need for your stay! It was a great drive and easy to set up (even for a solo adult traveller who has never done this before). I would definitely recommend and will be hiring again! April 2026

We hired this lovely vw during February half term and were not disappointed. The high quality of the van and the interior and extra items that were provided are all of a brilliant high quality. The pick up and drop off times of 10am and 4pm are a massive benefit as it gives you lots of travel time and the explanation and demonstration from Victoria is brilliant all details are covered. The vw is so comfortable and easy to drive and the small electric heater was brilliant for February in the lakes. The communication from Victoria from start to finish was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend this beutiful vw from amazing people. Februari 2026
