The campervan is very beautiful and functional. However, based on our experience, we had an issue at the end of our trip: when returning the campervan, the owner, Ester, claimed that we had made a scratch on the plastic part of the door and asked us to pay for the damage. After checking the photos and videos we had taken when we first picked up the vehicle, we confirmed that the scratch was already there and had not been caused by us. Thankfully, Goboony reviewed the evidence and supported our case, so we did not have to pay anything. Our main advice to anyone renting this campervan is: take your time during both pick-up and drop-off to carefully complete the forms. Make sure to take clear photos and videos of the exterior and interior of the vehicle. They can be very important. November 2025

Extremely disappointing experience — unfair treatment and lack of support I had a terrible experience renting a vehicle through this platform. The van we received was already in poor condition, with a broken table and drawer. We even paid out of pocket to fix these issues so we could travel in decent conditions. At the end of the trip, there was only a tiny superficial scratch on the plastic part of a mirror — purely cosmetic, with no impact on safety or function. Despite this, the owner pressured us into signing a document on the spot, clearly trying to push her version of events. Since then, things have only gotten worse. The owner kept my security deposit for more than four months without providing any valid proof or repair invoice. When she finally sent a quote, even the garage stated that the damage was too minor to be repaired — yet the amount was €360 for a simple plastic scratch. Completely absurd. I reached out to the platform’s support several times, providing all evidence and explanations. Unfortunately, they sided with the owner without any real investigation or sense of fairness. It’s deeply disappointing to see a platform that claims to protect both owners and renters act with such bias. This experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and unfair. I strongly advise anyone considering using this platform to think twice. You risk losing your deposit over minor or pre-existing damages, and customer service will do nothing to help you. This camper van has many advantages: it's pleasant to drive, well-equipped, and its compact size makes it very easy to handle. Unfortunately, our experience with Esther was less positive. We had some issues regarding the inventory check of the camper van. We advise you to take the time to make a long and detailed video of the vehicle when you pick up the keys and to carefully fill out the check-in inventory form with Esther. Indeed, when we returned the camper van, Esther first tried to get us to sign a blank check-out inventory form. We refused, and I advise you to do the same. Then, two days later, we received a message at 5 a.m. informing us that she had frozen our deposit and had already obtained a quote for repairs for damages we had allegedly caused, without even consulting us beforehand. Esther mentioned scratches and dents that were already present when we picked up the camper van. Fortunately, the video we filmed upon receiving the vehicle and the check-in and check-out inventory forms we had filled out together—which confirmed the absence of damage—served as proof and saved us from fees. I strongly recommend that you take your time when picking up and dropping off the vehicle. Fill out every section of the form with Esther, even if you are in a hurry. _ _ _ Ce camping-car a de nombreux avantages : il est agréable à conduire, bien équipé, et son gabarit compact facilite grandement sa prise en main. Malheureusement, notre expérience avec Esther a été moins positive. Nous avons eu des problèmes concernant l’état des lieux du camping-car. Nous vous conseillons de prendre le temps de faire une vidéo longue et détaillée du véhicule lors de la remise des clés et de remplir avec attention le formulaire d’état des lieux d’entrée avec Esther. En effet, lors du retour du camping-car, Esther a tout d’abord essayé de nous faire signer un formulaire d’état des lieux sortant vide. Nous avons refusé, et je vous conseille de faire de même. Puis, deux jours plus tard, nous avons reçu un message à 5 heures du matin nous informant qu'elle avait bloqué notre caution et qu’elle avait déjà fait établir un devis pour des réparations sur des dommages que nous aurions a priori causés, sans même nous consulter préalablement. Esther a fait état de rayures et d'accrocs qui étaient déjà présents lors de la réception du camping-car. Heureusement, la vidéo que nous avions filmé à la réception du véhicule et les formulaires d’état des lieux entrant et sortant que nous avions rempli ensemble — et qui confirmait l'absence de dégâts — nous ont servi de preuve et nous ont évité des frais. Je vous recommande donc vivement de prendre votre temps lors de la réception et du dépôt du véhicule. Remplissez toutes les sections du formulaire avec Esther, même si vous êtes pressé. Juli 2025

The handover was nice very easy. Easther was very friendly and helpful. We travelled to Perth and pitlockery. The motorhome was brilliant everything you could need. Clean and well organised. We didn’t enjoy the experience that much. I think goboony should do a better job of investigating the camper owners because the lady that rented us our camper was completelly mental. She didn’t know anything about the camper we had to figure it out all on our own and the information on the website did not comply completely with the reality of the camper van. The owner lady even instructed us to throw away the toilet chemicals “just about anywhere” insisting that it is not illegal as long as nobody sees us. She was visibly on drugs both when we picked it up and when we returned it. Goboony surprised us as well with the way they handled the deposit dispute. They took away most of our deposit due to a tiny scratch on a driver side mirror because the owner insisted it had to be repaired completely, even though the scratch was not even the biggest one on the mirror let alone on the whole camper. We were also almost charged for other scratches and dents but hopefully we took a deatiled video and photos when we took it over so the owner lady had to let it go November 2022

Just finished a week on the NC500, with my daughter and granddaughter in this grand little van which had enough space for the three of us. It is older and had its idiosyncrasies, but we got used to it very quickly. Anyone who has attempted the NC500 knows it is a challenging drive, but the van managed really well. The beds were comfortable. The van has a small fridge, grill and 4 ring burner, which fed us most of the week. We had enough storage for 3 ladies 😁 Esther, the van owner was friendly, cheerful and communicated well. We left it behind yesterday at the end of our holiday feeling sad to leave it behind. So many thanks Esther for your lovely Motorhome. Travelled right around the coast of Scotland for a wonderful 3 weeks. Not too big for getting around smaller roads but plenty of space to move around inside. Utterly loved it, genuinely sad when we had to come back to Haddington. Augustus 2022

Une bonne communication avec Esther avant le départ et pendant le voyage. Nous avons passé 12 nuits excellentes ce camping car en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants). Il n'est pas récent certes mais le prix imbattable compense tout . Il est équipé de tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un super séjour. Je recommande. April 2022
