This was a first time hire for us and pickup handover from Harriet was quick and efficient. The van was well presented and clean with all facilities easy to use with comprehensive instructions. We took the van down into Wales stopping at Beddgelert, Barmouth and finishing at the Pen-y-bont site at Bala. The van has been converted to a high spec. with good joinery used to make cupboards, seating and bed area. We didn't use the shower because the facilities on each site were so convenient. September 2025

An excellent handover from Harriet, and off we went. The van driver excellently and pulled well as we drove up through Scotland to Mull. Handling was superb on the single track roads and the motorways. The van is well equipped and stylish with everything one could need. The bed is comfortable, but a tight squeeze lengthwise for anyone over 5'9". The services are all well covered with a special shout out to the heater unit, which is crazy efficient. I don't think the dog was impressed to be honest, but we had a good time. September 2025

Harriet was fantastic from start to finish. We had a few hiccups with goboony setting up the account for the first time, and she was incredibly patient and helpful, making sure everything went smoothly. The van Big Debs was spotless, comfortable, and so well equipped, everything we needed for exploring Scotland off grid. We’re already thinking about our next adventure and will definitely be booking with Harriet again. Highly recommend! Augustus 2025

Fantastic van that is very well equipped and comfortable. We had a great time in Scotland camping both off grid and more standard campsites. Super comfy bed and plenty of space. So lovely to have a hot shower after a long mountain run too! Owner very responsive and easy to contact, super helpful and accommodating, definitely recommend and would love to hire again for our next adventure Augustus 2025

Harriet is such a wonderful person to deal with - I had some challenges with the booking process and she was so patient and put me at ease. Communication throughout was clear and responsive. The van is wonderful - drives like a dream and the layout is so conducive to ease of use and rest. I had some very special cosy times in her while the rain lashed down outside and also loved knowing it was such a welcoming space to return to after being out on adventures. I took the van up to a festival in Scotland and she handled the long drive brilliantly. The best things about the van are the ease of the layout, how cosy she is, the additional storage and the fact she's a joy to drive. Juli 2025

Harriet was really helpful and responsive as soon as we booked the camper trip. She was always on hand to answer questions and was really flexible with timings, particularly when we were running late. The camper was in amazing condition and felt like a home from home, as it had everything we needed for the trip. We travelled some of the West Coast of Scotland and enjoyed every minute. The camper seats are really comfy for the longer drives and the bed was super comfy, plenty of room to stretch out. Thanks so much Harriet for all your help!
