Highland Hamish was perfect for our 9 day trip along the west coast. Neil was brilliant at handover, pointing out any quirks of driving the van. He was always on hand to answer questions throughout the trip, though we only used messaging to send him pictures and test his knowledge of lochs and mountains! He passed with flying colours. The van was warm, bed very, very comfortable and storage stocked with more useful items than we could have expected. Hamish took us up to Ullapool, through fantastic scenery, down various bits of the west coast, to sub tropical gardens at Inverewe, to Skye to celebrate a wedding, to the shores of many a beautiful loch and to the start of many varied and stunning walks. Even the weather was kind and the midges not hungry! All in all, Neil and his beloved Hamish made our trip easy and utterly delightful. Thank you so much for trusting us with the van for a longer time than your usual rental - we know how special it is to you. Happy exploring to you both!!! September 2025

Excellent camper and perfect for our road trip over to Skye. The van has everything you need and plenty of storage. Neil was an excellent host and was very accomodating even picking us up and dropping us off at the station. 5 ***** Augustus 2025

We had a wonderful 4 night trip from Inverness around Skye and up the West Coast, wow what a trip, Neil has been so helpful from booking to handover always answered questions quickly and gave us advice about the trip. The van was a perfect size for the single track roads with still plenty of room for 2, after a 500 mile trip and seeing loads of other campervans I still think this is the best sort, with it's automatic gearbox it really did make life easier. Loved wild camping, spending time cooking, it has all the utensils we needed. With cosy evenings looking at the most wonderful views,always keeping warm on the cold evenings with the cabin heater. Everything that we needed was provided and if we weren't sure Neil was there for backup. After returning Neil checked the van over and filled out any forms really was very simple. We would definitely hire it again. April 2025

We loved our trip in Neil’s van. It was the perfect size for 2 of us and had all the facilities we needed, including heating. Before we set off, Neil explained how everything worked, so once we were on the road we could just relax and enjoy the trip! Would definitely recommend April 2025

We had a fantastic time in the Neil's van driving a section of the NC500. Everything was in excellent condition and really clean and comfortable. Neil talked us through everything that we needed to know about running the van which was really helpful. We hired the van in November and it snowed overnight while we were sleeping in it but we were very warm and cosy throughout the night. We highly recommend this van. November 2024
