First time experience for Motorhome for our family. From the very beginning Kasia & Jan were flexible on our timings so we could make the most of our short break. The handover was about an hour long and very thorough and extremely useful. They explained how everything worked and gave tips and hints of what to do. The Motorhome was so clean and tidy and well stocked up with essentials to help us on our way. All the beds made up and towels all provided we just needed to bring our bags and stock up the fridge! Even when we messaged during the stay they were very quick to reply and helpful once more. For our first time experience we had lots of fun it was just over too quickly. I can’t recommend the Motorhome enough and you will be well looked after with Kasia & Jan. Thank you November 2025

this was the first time in campervan for me and my family. prior to that it was usually caravan. I must admit that Kasia and Jan one of the best people i came across. They did more than what we expected from a campervan. Very good and prompt communication. Very clean and very well organised campervan. When i met them 1st time Kasia and Jan explained to me everything in detailed. I am really glad I found one of the best host and motorhome. Goboony must be very lucky to have people like using there platform. I could go on and on talking about the host. But overall great experience with the booking and HOST. We had a wonderful time in the RV. Having not driven one before and with it being left hand drive I was somewhat apprehensive but Jan and Katarzyna really put my mind at ease with a really thorough overview of the vehicle; I felt like a pro by the end of the trip! The van is very high spec, lovingly furnished and super cozy. We were off grid for 4 days and still had ample electric available; the solar panels clearly work really well. We had such a great time in Kasia and Jan's motorhome. It is so well equipped and clean. Kasia and Jan were so helpful with the delivery and collection of the vehicle, which saved us some time. Much appreciated. They took the time to show us round the van and how everything worked and were on hand if we had any further questions. Will definitely be booking again. Juli 2025

Katya and Jan could not have been more helpful. We asked them to extend the booking and they were very accommodating. They met us to hand over at Cambridge Services which was super helpful. Instructions were clear and they gave us their number in case we forgot what they had said (in our excitement this was most likely)! We took Ramona to the Glastonbury Festival and she was the perfect choice. Lots of space, in pristine condition, very well equipped, clean and a pleasure to stay in. A bonus was being able to charge our phones so we could find each other in the field. Because we were absorbed in the festival and were parked some distance from the field, we ate there most of the time, so we didn’t use the BBQ but it would have been great in the heat to cook outdoors. The engine was very strong so now issues with hills etc. Handing back was smooth, we had kept it clean but it wasn’t a requirement to clean it before we returned it. Our friends also had a campervan but it wasn’t as good as ours! Would definitely recommend. Thanks so much Katya and Jan Juni 2025

Wow ! This was my very first experience driving/ hiring a Motorhome, which was made a truly amazing experience due to Kasia & Jan. The attention to detail of the Motorhome is second to none, making the trip such a pleasure. Kasia & Jan are lovely people who were at hand if needed throughout the whole trip. This was an absolutely fantastic camper for our long weekend away. It’s in fabulous condition and pristine! A lovely drive as well. The owners spent time chatting and explaining everything to make sure we were comfortable and happy before we left and they were genuinely lovely! Even when we contacted them because we were a little unsure of how something worked they replied straight away and our question was answered easily and quickly. The kids loved the adventure too. The perfect way to travel and camp in comfort and style. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you!! September 2024

Jan and Kasia went over and above to make my first Goboony Hire the best. A beautifully appointed Motorhome with superb attention to detail. They helped my super busy week by delivering the motorhome to our house, something I didn’t expect at all, then collecting the Motorhome when we returned🤩. We would rent this motorhome again in a heartbeat! 💗 September 2024

We rented Jan's motor home for a week with two young children and a small dog. We had a wonderful time. The van is perfect - both beds are permanent so no need to make beds. There is plenty of gas and electricity to go off grid for several days. It's modern and comfortable with all the home comforts you could want. It's very easy to drive, too. Jan made this trip effortless - the bedding and towels were clean and pressed, everything was well equipped and they gave such great support day and night. We felt like we'll looked after guests even though we weren't with Jan. They truly are lovely people with a lovely home. We can't thank you enough. We will certainly borrow again in the future.
