Katie was absolutely lovely! Very accommodating with pick-up and drop-off times, as well as super helpful going through all of the requirements in the handover. Bluebell was spotless when picked-up and very easy to drive and use for the weekend. We will definitely be hiring Bluebell again. Oktober 2026

It was a joy to hire this camper van .. The hand over was fabulous we was showed how everything worked and how too use everything all we had to take was are bedding and food because everything else was already supplied.. We hired it for 4 days and it was a joy to drive as well as too use.. Kate was marvellous and helped us in every way she could.. We would most definitely hire this van again in the future September 2026

The handover both pick up and return went very smoothly. The campervan was spotless with a few nice touches from Katie like the welcome pack and cleaning essentials. The flexible pick up and return times were very much appreciated. The van itself drove very nicely and is obviously well maintained. September 2026

Everything went very smoothly. Katie was brilliant and explained everything as we had not hired a camper van before. We had a short trip to Anglesey and the van was very comfortable and well equipped. We stayed in the van with our 2 young grandchildren - it was a great adventure. Katie was very flexible with pick up and drop off times. We had a great trip in Bluebell. Augustus 2026

This was my first time using Goboony, Katie was great with the handover all features of the van were explained well. The van was brilliant, Katie had supplied everything that I needed for my trip. Nice little touches were include (tea, milk biscuits) and instructions manual for everything if I couldn’t remember anything. Came in handy with the diesel heater. Thank you Katie, il definitely be hiring again Mei 2026

The van was superb, everything we needed and had a really good time away. Katie the owner went above and beyond in all ways from first booking, making arrangements for flexible pickup and dropping off. Thank you for a wonderful experience, will be booking again for next year. Augustus 2025

We hired this VW campervan for a 10-day tour of Scotland's north coast. The initial handover went very well as we looked forward to our holiday ahead. However, we encountered a few problems which is why we couldn't give a 5-star rating on this occasion. Halfway around Scotland we had a puncture which required the AA to arrange a local tow truck to take us back to their garage to fit the spare wheel. During this process the owners and Goboony were very helpful. The local garage said the alloy wheel rim was cracked most likely by hitting a pot hole which caused the low profile tyre to deflate. The garage said this happens every week due to the high number of pot holes around the NC500 route. The pot holes are almost impossible to avoid no matter how you drive, making low profile alloy wheels unsuited to those roads. The insurance company paid out the owners repair cost in full after several weeks of delay. It was deemed a no-fault claim but we still lost our deposit and had to wait even longer to get our £85 tow-away cost reimbursed from the owners. The second issue was running out of gas after 5 days which meant we couldn't cook meals or make hot drinks. we ended up buying expensive coffee on the go and eating out in the evenings. On another occasion, the 10m EHU cable wasn't long enough to reach the connection post from our pitch on the campsite. No power at all for that night. We received very little by way of voluntary compensation from the owners despite returning their vehicle spotless inside and out. We did otherwise enjoy our holiday although Goboony isn't a cheap option. We now own of our own VW campervan but we learnt a lot from the Goboony experience! Augustus 2025
