Jacqueline was helpful from the moment we booked. Everything was very smooth, including the collection and handover. Jacqueline explained everything during handover. We rented Jacqueline's motorhome for 4 days to make a trip to Swindon. She was very helpful, polite and very responsive. The motorhome is exactly as discribed and shown in her page. Our trip besides the M25 traffic was easy and we reached our destination with no problems. We stayed 4 people and cooked our meals easily in the kitchen. Thanks Jacqueline. September 2025

Jacqui was really helpful with information prior to travelling, with handover and with returning the vehicle. The vehicle was perfect for our first motor home trip of a week, the 3 beds are all of a good size. The overcab is the largest (our daughter had that one), my husband and I shared the upper bunk with no issues and our teenage son had the lower bunk. The fridge was plenty large enough with a large drawer at the bottom for drinks/bottles. We didn’t use the shower but the toilet was very handy to have. The kitchen facilities were enough for us, we cooked in the van a couple of nights, ate out the rest. A contents list would be handy for the future just to know what’s already on board and what might be useful to bring if you’re planning on doing more cooking than we did. The vehicle drove really comfortably, the USB ports were handy for charging, plenty of lights inside for the evenings. Overall a very positive trip. November 2024

This was our first time in a motorhome and have to say the experience was far beyond my expectations. Jaqcui was fantastic responded to my texts and calls straight away she was a fantastic help . The motorhome was well appointed with heating , ventilation, oven & hob and shower and toilet the motorhome although daunting at first was a pleasure to drive. Thoroughly enjoyed our motor home experience, Jacqueline did a great handover despite having a broken ankle and being on crutches! Everything was explained in detail, the vehicle was was great and our granddaughter loved the electric lift double bed! We stayed 2 nights at Ocon hall park in Shrewsbury and then 3 nights at Three cliffs bay in Gower, the weather for the most part was perfect! This was our second motor home trip and it looks like we may take the plunge and get one of our own as we absolutely love the whole experience of just being able to plan a long trip or just get up and go ! Jaqueline’s motor home was very comfortable with all home comforts supplied, we would definitely hire again from Jaqueline! Augustus 2024

Jaqui could not have been more helpful. She showed us round the vehicle & explained carefully & slowly how everything worked. And on the discovery that we have left some essential bedding at home she solved our embarrassment by providing the essential items. What more could anyone ask. We took Jacqui's motorhome to Le Mans for 4 nights to take part in a 24hr kart race, it made our trip, Jacqui made the whole handover experience an absolute pleasure, to explaining all about the motorhome to us to helping us with the paper work taking it abroad, I can't recommend Jacqui enough and will definitely be hiring Jacquis motorhome again Juli 2024

Jacqui was very informative and helpful during the handover. She is obviously very experienced in hiring motorhomes and has lots to choose from. We took the motorhome to Silverstone and it did not disappoint! What a fantastic weekend! Jacqui is very easy to deal with and we will definitely be using one of her motorhomes again. My son and I stayed 4 nights in this motorhome, we loved it and will definitely hire again. The owner was lovely and very helpful, everything we required was provided. The bunkbeds are huge - probably the same as a small double. The shower was separate and there was plenty of room to move around - I'm not small! Would definitely recommend. April 2024

We had a great time in Jacqui’s Motorhome. Our family of 2 adults and 2 children fitted in with room to spare and the van took us to southern France and back very easily. Jacqui had excellent communication and gave a careful induction as this was our first time and it made it really easy. The van was modern, well equipped and very comfortable. Lovely trip despite a technical mishap on the journey out (not the fault of the owners). The motorhome is beautiful and state-of-the art and was much admired by both passers by on the way up and members of our camp at our destination. We hired Jacqui’s motorhome in August 2021 for 8 nights for a much needed family staycation. From start to finish both Jacqui and our home from home on wheels exceeded our expectations. We were a family of 4 and our 2 children were almost in tears when we had to return the motorhome. It was clean, spacious, had tonnes of storage, excellent facilities for cooking etc and a full size fridge. Although only driven a motor home once before my husband said it was a dream to drive and after a couple of days even enjoyed waving a fellow motorhome drivers. It was wonderful to explore parts of our beautiful country in the luxury of the motorhome. Thanks Jacqui, we wouldn’t hesitate to book again and can’t recommend you highly enough! Overall great experience. Jacqui was so easy going, friendly and super helpful. The camper was perfect. We travelled to Croatia with 4 children and hiring this camper was the best choice we made. Loved every minute. Camper is spacious, has tons of storage space, comfortable beds and was great having the toilet facility so didn’t have to stop as often.
