This was my first time using this to hire a Campervan and Nick was with me every step of the way. He explained everything to me that I needed to know and always answered any questions I had. I would definatley use him again Cheers Nick 👍 Augustus 2025

We expected the van to be dated as it was over 20 years old, we also expected it to be clean & functional. There were little things that we would have overlooked, like knobs coming off doors, curtains falling off their tracks, the dividing door between the lounge and the bedroom not working at all etc etc. However we couldn't deal with the wet carpet in the kitchen and although Nick did respond straight back to us, he told us to turn the pump off which we hadn't turned on anyway. The carpet was soaking and during the day/night smelt really really bad. We returned the van the next morning and lost 2 nights hire. All in all a very disappointing experience and waste of money. Nick+family were really friendly, helpful and flexible. He has vans of various types so you should be fine depending on your needs. No problem recomending him for future trips. No fuss bond returned. Very positive experience. We forgot that we left a few beers in the vans fridge. I hope he enjoyed them. Ha ha Augustus 2025

I was very happy with the experience of hiring from Nick. The motorhome was clean and ready to go. Handover was straightforward and simple. We took it across Wales to the Pembrokeshire coast and it never missed a beat. It's very comfortable to drive and to stay in, plenty of storage with everything working fine, which isn't always the case with hiring. Nick was always just a phone call away, which was very handy! Inside the motorhome was filthy, the seats, kitchen area and all the dishes had to be cleaned. Nick's son in-law did the hand over and didn't seem to know how everything worked. We were asked to sign Nick's own terms and conditions but refused, on the basis that we had booked through Goboony. The door to the living area does not lock but after phoning Nick, the van can be secured with the drivers door central locking. Water is leaking at floor level in the kitchen area, so that the carpet is constantly wet. There was no waste container for grey water. Mechanicaly it was sound except for the gear knob coming off of the stick. We managed to fix it back on using tape. We had to phone Nick several times and he was always very helpful. Other than a couple of broken door knobs, the inside is good for it's age. Plenty of room for 2 plus our large Labradoodle. Stressful at first but still had a good week. We had a truly wonderful experience with Nick’s camper! From start to finish, everything was seamless — the van was spotless, beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a perfect trip (be aware you need to bring your own outdoor camping table). Vehicle in good condition considering it is almost 20 years old. Everything working for a few days walking/hiking with the dog in Snowdonia. Plenty of gas and the solar panel meant we were not reliant on sites with electrical hookups. Nick was a top bloke, very flexible and always available via phone if needed. Even left our car in his secure area whilst we were away. Mei 2023

I have just returned from 3 nights renting a camper van for the first time. I had a great time, did not travel far as I was initially nervous about driving a larger vehicle than I am used too, but it was all easy and straightforward. We had a very enjoyable short break in nicks camper. We took our dog cardi,a large bull breed dog. There was plenty of room for her to lay down in the back while travelling considering it is just a 2 berth campervan. Just had an amazing time at a festival in Nick’s Bongo. The campervan was exactly what we wanted for a short break. We had everything we needed and the awning and portaloo was so useful. Hired the bongo for the weekend. No dramas and actually loved the van. If you are expecting top line luxury then you are in the wrong place. But if you want comfortable reliable and adorable camping, you can’t go much wrong here. Nick is a star easy to deal with and very flexible. Highly recommend. Juli 2022

We had a great time in this camper and definitely recommend it to others! We are a new family, so it was myself my partner and our ten month old son. The campers back seats have three point belts for a baby seat. We went about 120 miles in it, and it drove really well. Nick kindly supplied an awning, which kept us dry (!) And gas for the cooker which kept us going in coffee and bacon. The pop top was great, but can get pretty cold. Nick supplied self inflating toppers for the fold down seats downstairs and it was actually very comfortable. Nick himself was extremely helpful, stayed in touch and made sure everything was going well, and really tried to make sure we had a great trip. I'd definitely hire from him again. Mei 2021

Had a lovely time in the camper!! Was very easy to book and communication was great and quick with nick during our trip. Camper had everything you needed and we were able to cook basic meals and cups of coffee on the go. Black out on the back window is a great idea for privacy etc. Thanks again Nick, would reccomend. We had a fab couple of nights away in Nick's Mazda Bongo. It's got everything you need to get out and have a good time and I totally recommend it to anyone considering testing out a camper van. I'll never go back to a tent again now! Why settle for warm beer when you can have your own fridge :). The van may be compact - it's a bit like a game of tetris moving yourself and your stuff around inside, but that just adds to the charm. It's perfect for a couple and I'm sure with the awning would work well for families. The pop top gives space to chuck your bags in too which really helps. Nick was friendly and helpful and on hand immediately for a couple of questions we had once on our way. If we hadn't got our own van awaiting a conversion we'd definitely hire from Nick again. We really enjoyed the whole experience of hiring the Mazda bongo from Nick. Nick was really helpful and the included extras were brilliant. The van was in excellent condition for us to use for our week of touring up to John O'groates and back. The water alert buzzer had a bit of a connection issue so buzzed for a bit long, but no problems at all with the engine or van itself. September 2021

We booked our van very last minute since being let down by another lender but Nick was very accommodating about pick up and drop off times which made our holiday much more enjoyable. Really impressed by the service offered by Nick. All communication met promptly and the request to collect the motorhome earlier than planned was dealt with well. The van was as advertised and came with everything we needed for the weekend. The beds were comfortable and had two good nights sleep.
