We had the trip of a lifetime in Ruaridh's camper! Ruardih did everything he could to make our entire journey from start to finish as smooth and stress-free as possible. Some of our personal highlights from hiring this camper were the close proximity to Inverness Airport, the ability to park up every night off-grid not having to rely on mains gas, water, or electricity giving us the freedom to explore the highlands at our own leisure, and also the incredible sound systems installed in the van meaning we could listen to our favourite tunes mile by mile. We can't thank Ruardih enough for going the extra mile to make our trip that extra bit special. I would 100% recommend hiring this awesome camper to anyone. November 2023

An amazing trip, van and host. We couldn't have been happier with or asked for a better adventure week in Scotland. We slept 2 nights "wild" and 2 nights at a campsite. It was the perfect van to come back to after a long days walk - reliable, well equipped and well maintained. Ruaridh was an exceptional host, explaining everything thoroughly and making us feel at ease - just an all round great guy. Ben Nevis is a must to tick off the hiking list and we also visited the Sligachan falls on the Isle of Skye. A very special trip that we won't be forgetting for a while. We had an unforgettable experience in Ruaridh's van driving along the North Coast 500. The van was spotless and had all the necessary and high quality items to spend a very comfortable week traveling. Ruaridh is an experienced traveler and had though of all the extra details which can enhance the van experience. It was the perfect size for two travelers and such a nice vehicle to drive even on the more challenging roads. Ruaridh picked us up in Inverness and him and his partner were so generous with their time, passionate about the Highlands and were genuinely very excited about our trip. He put us at ease with escaping with his van and he explained all the necessary details so we felt very safe. Ruaridh shared some very valuable hints and tips which really helped us discover some of the many hidden gems of the Highlands. We rented the campervan for 7 days and drove it for 600+ miles. We had not a single problem with it. It drives very well and it's perfect size to be droven all along the single lane roads found around the Highlands. The owner (Ruaridh), is been, supportive, reliable and helpful since the first contact on goboony until the last day, when he very kindly brought us to the airport. We spent just under a week doing the NC500, the van was absolutely perfect! It was easy to drive even along single track roads, the layout was excellent and we were able to store all our things easily. It was nice to be able to sit out with the table and chairs and the bed was also really comfy. Ruaridh was so helpful and friendly from the beginning. He ran through everything before we set off, gave us some great recommendations and and was on hand if we needed anything. We would 100% recommend and will be booking again, thank you Ruaridh! We had a great trip in Northwest Scotland in Ruaridh's van. It was perfect for 2 people and everything was thought-out and well equipped. We were able to camp off-grid for 3 nights with a full water tank. Ruaridh's communication was great from the first enquiry and he was always on hand if needed. He made sure we knew how everything worked in the van and gave us a handy manual in case we needed reminding of anything on the road (although everything was very simple to work so not a problem). He was great at giving recommendations for places to visit and camp. It was lovely sitting outside on the camping chairs but also very cosy being inside when it was raining and the bed was very comfy. Thanks for giving us a warm welcome to Scotland Ruaridh and Julia - we'll be back to borrow the van again! Augustus 2023
