Mark was absolutely fantastic and such great communication The van was way better than expected and so clean inside with plenty of storage too We took the van to Belgium for a week and Mark ensured we had everything we needed to ensure insurances, kits etc were all in place Would highly recommend and will certainly be back to book again for future trips Thank you Claire and rob September 2025

The van was perfect for us 4 and the dog. It was well equipped, clean, tidy and in great condition throughout. Mark was absolutely great. He spent loads of time explaining how to use the van properly, highlighting some of the challenges I would face as a novice and showing me ways around them. He helped me sort out an awning that was suitable for us too. Mark was available at any time to help if needed (Whatsapp). Check in/out was smooth and hassle free too Augustus 2025

Mark was very friendly and helpful providing a great service explaining in detail all that we needed to know about the van. Mark delivered the van to us and we returned it to him all without issues. We used the van for four nights at the YNot festival in the Peak District. Perfect for the two of us. Augustus 2025

Glastonbury for the first time… after over 20 years of trying, so we went in style. It was a god send especially with the hot weather. It was so comfy, enough for 4 adults & we hired the awning as well. It had everything you needed! Great on fuel. This will be one of the highlights for us, being able to come back to comfort. It was the most special weekend. Thank you! What I have also realised is you don’t need much in life.. the little chopping board optimises this! ♥️ Juni 2025

This was an excellent first try of a camper van. Mark was very clear and thorough in going through all the details of how to use the van and was very patient with questions and helpful with tips and advice to help us get the most out of the van. The van itself was easy to drive and get set up once we got to the site we had booked. The space and facilities all worked out really well for the two of us and our dog. We went to the Peak District and had a great long weekend around the Hayfield area. The van was a great base for some walks and visits to the pub and was warm and cosy when the rain started. Had a wonderful few days away with Rambler. It was my first experience in a camper and driving one. Very comfortable and comes with everything you would need to get away. Just pack some food, sleeping bag & clothes and you’re good to go. Mark was amazing in his handover and explaining things to a novice like me and gave me the confidence to drive away.
