Le lieu de rdv est accessible rapidement en bus (nous sommes arrivés à la gare de waverley dans Edimbourgh et avons pris le bus 26 direct à 5/10 min de chez Gary) Le van était parfait ! propre, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire, et plein de petits essentiels facile à oublier (quelques condiments, sacs poubelles, le nécessaire contre les midges, etc) Le couchage sur le toit permet de cuisiner debout dans le van ce qui est très agréable. Nous avons pris les chaises de camping et la literie pour plus de confort et les deux se sont révélés très agréables et utiles ! Gary was fantastic! Both the check-in and check-out went very smoothly. The meeting point is easy to reach by bus. We arrived at Waverley Station in Edinburgh and took the direct number 26 bus, which dropped us about 5–10 minutes away from Gary’s place. The van was perfect! Clean, with all the necessary equipment, plus lots of little essentials that are easy to forget (some condiments, bin bags, everything you need to deal with midges, etc.). The rooftop sleeping setup means you can stand up and cook inside the van, which is really convenient. We took the camping chairs and bedding for extra comfort, and both turned out to be really useful and comfortable! Augustus 2026

Die Übergabe mit Gary war super. Gary ist ein sehr netter Man. Wir waren zu viert in dem Auto. Zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (5 und 10). Das Auto hat völlig gereicht. Wir waren nur in Camps, aber das Auto hat eigentlich alles was man braucht. Ohne Toilette und Dusche. Der Kühlschrank hat gereicht, der funktioniert auf Baterie, also kann er die Ganze Zeit eingeschaltet. Von Gary haben wir genug Polster und Decken bekommen. Ein elektro-Heizkörper war auch dabei. Wir haben den aber nur einmal benutzt. Das Auto ist super, weil es überall reinpasst. Man hat keine Probleme auch bei schmalen Straßen. Wir haben wirklich viele Kilometer gemacht, ohne Autoprobleme. Gerne wieder. Augustus 2026

Wij hebben ern roadtrip gemaakt door Schotland met de minivan, Lionel, van Gary. Het contact met Gary is van boeking tot afronding goed, behulpzaam en vriendelijk geweest. Het reizen met een camper was voor ons nieuw , maar mede ook door het contact met Gary , werd het een fantastische ervaring. Lionel was klein en qua comfort misschien iets minder. Zeker ook omdat mijn man groot is, maar Lionel is absoluut voorzien van alle gemakken. Qua rijden en manoeuvreren over de soms smalle wegen van de NC500 was Lionel perfect. Wij hebben de mooiste vakantie ooit gehad. Juni 2026

Il nostro viaggio di dieci giorni per la Scozia è stato ancora più bello di quanto ci aspettassimo. Era la prima volta che guidavamo un van e soprattutto a sinistra e Lionel era proprio quello che ci serviva, comodo, non troppo grande e con tutto quello che occorre per una vacanza on the Road. Gary è stato splendido con noi, meticoloso, ci ha spiegato tutto e ci ha aiutati a distanza anche durante il nostro viaggio, sempre disponibile e gentile, non potevamo avere una spalla migliore per questa avventura. Il van ci ha accompagnati da Edimburgo fino all'isola di Skye con tutte le sue meraviglie e poi giù verso Glencoe e poi Stirling. Grazie alla sua misura perfetta e a tutte le accortezze che i suoi proprietari hanno apportato si può adattare a ogni situazione e ci ha permesso di campeggiare in posti straordinari. Non ringrazieremo mai abbastanza Gary per averci regalato questa avventura. Lo consigliamo a tutti. Augustus 2025

Communication très fluide avec Gary. Il est très sympa et très avenant. Van très propre et fonctionnel. Très facile à conduire et à garer. On a voyagé qques jours à 3 adultes et cela était assez spacieux. Même lorsqu'il a fallu prendre des repas à l'intérieur. Seul bémol: le couchage supérieur (sous la tente) n'a pour matelas que deux coussins de chaises longues très fins et le couchage était donc très très dur. On a du acheter un autre matelas de camping. Je recommande la location de Lionel. On le louera à nouveau avec grand plaisir. Juli 2025

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour avec le Camper Van de Gary et Iwona. Tout était parfait du check-in au check-out en passant par les services proposés par nos hôtes et la communication avant/pendant le séjour. Le van se conduit super bien et est vraiment tout confort ! Je recommande ! September 2024
