We had a great trip with Arthur. A very spacious van that still drives well. It does have a lot of small quirks, but all impactful ones should be sorted shortly. Graeme is great and has provided valuable advice and support on the road. September 2022

Our week in Ruby Red was a dream! She has a few tiny quirks which Graeme walked us through really comprehensively before leaving Edinburgh and was very responsive during the week. She is very fit for purpose driving around any roads in Scotland - we spent a week driving around the NE coast and through the Cairngorms and Ruby was a great drive. The bed is super comfy and the van is well kitted out for wild camping or at campsites - we only needed to bring clothes and buy food. We had a minor problem with airlock in the water tank and the cab is loud when driving on the motorway but didn’t take away from a great experience. Would definitely recommend a road trip in Ruby Red. Thanks Graeme! Juli 2022

The entire process of renting the van went super smoothly thanks to Graeme and Mandy! The van we were supposed to take broke down a couple days before our departure, but they immediately offered us a replacement and communicated quickly and honestly. They’re the sweetest and coolest people ever! Upon arrival we had some trouble with public transit, but they again replied quickly and we managed to figure something out. We were introduced to Betty Blue with a warm welcome and a tour. Graeme and Mandy explained how everything worked and answered all of our questions. At first Betty Blue was intimidating, but after you learn how to keep her rolling she drives like a babbling brook! She’s very cozy and had everything we could need during our roadtrip. She’s quite spacious which was comfortable, and we could easily cook and hang out inside the van. The bed was comfortable, soft, and warm. Thanks to her we had an amazing and unique trip, we got to see so many beautiful sights! Juni 2022

Arthur is a real gentleman, he kept us safe and warm, provided shelter on rainy days and nights. And all that while carrying us around Scotland. Graem, also. Warm welcome and quick tour around the van was enough to start our journey. I hope we'll see each other again. Stay safe Mei 2022

We travelled as a group of 4 with the vans Arthur and Betty Blue. Both vans were clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Graeme was very helpful when picking up the vans, explaining every detail and every issue we might come upon. We had a minor issue on the road (heater ran out of diesel) and got help through messages from him as well. We had a great time and nothing to worry about - thanks Graeme! Mei 2022

Ruby Red is a lady with real personality and character. She was pleasure to drive round the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. This is a van which will go anywhere for you: no road too narrow, no incline too steep, no emergency stop too abrupt. Even though it rained pretty much all week, Ruby kept us warm and comfortable. Give her a go, she's a little star. November 2021

Had an amazing time in ruby red around the NC500! It’s super easy to drive, cosy and plenty big enough! The heaters an awesome touch on the colder evenings and the toilets incredibly convenient! Wouldn’t hesitate to use this van again, 10/10 would recommend! Graeme was incredibly helpful and really prompt with all responses aswell!! Oktober 2021

Unfortunately we had a lot of problems with the van. The van was 20 years old and starting to show it. We had problems with a fuel leak to the heater, a puncture to the water tank, minor water leaks in wet weather as well as major condensation in the area where the bedding is stored. Having said that, Graham did try to rectify problems promptly and finally gave us a different van. When we returned the second van, Graham informed us that Ruby was with a mechanic to address the problems. As it turned out, the weather was bad anyway when we were dealing with these problems so we weren’t too bothered, but we’d have felt a lot more put out if we’d missed out on any good weather days messing with the van.
