Camper pulito, molto luminoso e spazioso. Abbiamo dormito a 1700 metri senza freddo, impianto di riscaldamento molto efficiente. Motore molto buono per la salita in montagna. Vincenzo puntuale e preciso nel check in e check out. April 2024

We rented the Ford camper from Vincenzo at Trento. The camper is a little bit older, but all the systems in the camper work but some small stuff is missing, which is a bit annoying but easy to make it a good camper, like proper chairs, canopy ropes, scissors etc. There is a nice new BBQ. The communication was not great, largely because we did not speak Italian and Vincenzo does not speak English, Spanish, German or Dutch. We used Google Translate, but we could not understand everything. Beforehand we also asked what to bring, we did not have to bring anything he said, but there were no blankets. In the Dolomites it can be cold and hard to find a bedstore! This took us 4 days... We advice you to take a lot of pictures during check in and check out and ask in advance if there are extra costs for cleaning, desinfection, gas, because after the rental he was claiming €150 on top, out of nowhere for this!! Also he claimed a damage (after check out) which was there already during check in! We liked camping and the camper, but we did not have a good experience because of this and a lot of hassle to get our deposit back. This was not a good experience. Although Vincenzo looked like a nice guy, we would not rent with him again... Juli 2023

Reactie van Vincenzo grazie Ruud per il tempo dedicato. mi dispiace che non ci sia sta una buona comunicazione. in descrizione ce un inventario, di tutto quello che c'è dentro il camper. le coperte non vengono fornite per una questione di igiene, (ce scritto in descrizione) il camper ha dei costi di mantenimento e manutenzione e per tanto va riconsegnato come quando lo avete preso, in caso contrario viene aplicata una penale da definire. (anche questo e scritto in descrizione). sempre Vincenzo visto la scarsa conoscenza della lingua inglese, tedesca, olandese, e scarsa comunicazione ha deciso di non aplicarvi nessun costo aggiuntivo. fatto cio Vincenzo e rimasto contento di voi, la consiglio vivamente e vi aspetto per una prossima avventura.

Camper tenuto in ordine e completo di tutto. Molto spazioso e comodo. Vincenzo molto disponibile, sia prima che durante la vacanza! Juni 2023

Ci siamo trovati benissimo con il camper di Vincenzo nel nostro breve viaggio a Monaco. Vincenzo poi una persona disponibilissima ci è venuto a prendere e a riportare in stazione. Ottima esperienza consigliatissimo Oktober 2022
