Trevor provided a througher overview of the van prior to us leaving It was clean inside and out All paperwork was complete and even had a bottle of Prosecco for us ! The van has everything you need a great addition was the dryer room / bathroom ! Everything easy to use and the drive was comfortable ! Trevor was at the end of the phone for us newbies and nothing was a problem Already planning our next trip with Alma September 2023

This van has everything you could want and need for your holiday. We had no complaints at all. Trevor was at the end of the phone for any minor issues and his customer service is second to none. I would recommend hiring this camper van to anyone. Augustus 2023

Alma, is a beautifully put together campervan. We spent 3 weeks up in the Outer Hedrides. The solar panels make life very easy when campsite have no hook up ( we spent several days " Off Grid""). Thanks Trevor and Julie for the friendly helpful support. Far superior support and Camprrvan than when we last hired 4 years ago from a " Big Company" Real personal service with a Camprrvan very well equipped and presented. Juli 2023

We had an amazing time at Glastonbury in the alma perfect for the week. Trevor helped with any questions we had and his wife explained how to use the van while we were away. Will definitely use again Juni 2023

Trevor was a terrific host for our trip to the Scottish Highlands. He picked us up at, and brought us back to Newcastle. He's friendly and very often available for contacting him. He explained everything very well about Alma. Alma is a great van! Easy for first time users like us and had everything onboard that we could ever need. Halfday drives were very comfortable. Brilliant trip with Ron. Trevor was a great host from booking, to answering any questions to showing us around when we picked it up. Ron comes with a written instruction guide which was great if we needed to refer to it on the trip. We mixed staying on campsites with wild camping along our trip in Scotland and was suitable for both. We travelled as a family of 2 adults, 1 infant and a dog. Got asked at the end of the trip if there was anything we could have needed which wasn't included. We couldn't think of anything as was so well equipped. April 2023

We had an excellent weekend away in Alma. The van was very well equipt and it was in great condition. There is plenty of space and the rear lounge area is great fro relaxing. Trevor was very helpful, and throrough during the van handover. Overall, a very positive experience, would definitely recommend! Maart 2023

Ron is an immaculately presented and fully equipped motorhome. So much attention to detail such as the umbrella and torch next to the door. The Karcher window vac for clearing condensation off windows in the morning. Trevor provided a comprehensive handover and even recommended a few sites on our travels. The Garmin SAT NAV is loaded with camping apps and the vehicle dimensions so you will avoid any low bridges and narrow streets. Highly recommended. First class motorhome hire. Thank you Trevor. My partner and I and our young son recently hired Ron from Trevor for a weeks travelling down south, we are brand new to this so you can imagine we had some trepidation about the whole thing, Trevor was absolutely brilliant in allaying our fears and giving us the confidence to enjoy our holiday and not to worry, throughout the whole experience Trevor was always there to answer our messages immediately and talk us through our queries . Ron is immaculate and a beautiful vehicle to drive , perfect for what we needed as a family of 3 and just the size to get us through the small country roads on the isle of wight, Ron is stocked perfectly with everything you will need to enjoy your camping experience, nothing was spared for us to enjoy and cherish our first campervan holiday, thanks to Ron we have made everlasting and beautiful memories . Upon handing Ron back to Trevor he explained everything in detail about the procedure of us getting our bond back and just a couple of hours later we received confirmation from Goboony that this was indeed the case, Trevor, Julie & Ron we are eternally grateful to you for the professional attitude and kindness you have shown to us throughout , Thank you. We had a wonderfull time in Scotland, because of Scotland and through the efforts of Trevor. The camper was maintained very well. He was always there when we needed him and hij did several things which he didn't have to do, but did. Thanks to his efforts we had a carefree holiday. He picked us up at and brought us back to New Castle. I have no point of criticism and will recomment Brentley hire to everybody. I myself certainly hope to come back to do business again!
