The Hand over was very smooth, Gerry was quite experienced in the process and I was a newbie. Gerry was able to answer all of my questions and made me feel at ease as this was my first motorhome experience, although somewhat similar to boating as I owed a river cabin cruiser, ie, the cookerfridge, & toilet cassette. My 14 year old son and I went to Black Knowl Club Campsite down by Brockenhurst which was a very tidy and extremely well kept campsite. The campsite was only a little over an hour away South from the location of the Motrorhome. Being a Sunlight S69L motorhome it was quite easy to handle. I have been doing research on motorhomes and am very interested in one day buying a used one to explore in. I thought renting one would be a great first step and it was a great experience for my son and I, it took us away from the everyday routine and husssle. Gerry has gone through a lot of detail in consideration for his renters as everything seemed to be onboard to maintain the motorhome. Gerry also had a number of short youtube videos to watch to help familiarise me with the general operation of the motorhome beforehand. All in all we had a great experience with Gerrys motorhome and I think Gerry is a genuine good person to do business with, thank you ver so much buddy, Leroy & Archie. September 2025

We loved our time with Gerry's motorhome, only issue was that we didn't want to come home! It had everything we needed & more, loads of storage & a huge garage for our kit. Everything was really easy & quick to set up on site, ideal if you're a newbie (just as Gerry had explained & he's done some helpful videos, if you did have any issues), so we could chill with a drink in no time. We all slept really well in the comfy motorhome & Gerry was really helpful too with any questions, we look forward to hiring again! Mei 2025

Wij hebben -oprecht- nog nooit zo’n betrokken, vriendelijke betrouwbare en vooral behulpzame verhuurder getroffen als Gerry is. Wat een aardige en relaxte man is dat zeg! Hij is gemakkelijk te bereiken, of neemt heel snel contact met je op wanneer je hem belt of appt en hijzelf op dat moment even niet in de gelegenheid is om op te nemen. Ook is de tijd van overdracht voor ophalen/terugbrengen van de camper mega flexibel. Belangrijk is wel dit op tijd te doen omdat Gerry zelf de tijd moet krijgen om naar de camper-opslag toe te rijden. Hij woont er drie kwartier van af. Hij nam -ondanks dat wij vertraging hadden door files- alle tijd voor de uitleg (deze is tevens heel uitgebreid en wanneer je voor het eerst per camper vakantie wil vieren ook best overweldigend) Via Goboony/Gerry kun je YouTube filmpjes bekijken, deze verduidelijken al veel vooraf. Dus echt een aanrader. Ook is het wijs om -wat wij dus hadden móeten doen - e.e.a. van de aanwijzingen gelijk te noteren wanneer Gerry het uitlegt. Wij konden niet alles tot ons nemen doordat we moe en verreist waren én omdat het simpelweg ook veel was. Dus dan zoek je je later helemaal ongans. Vandaar die filmpjes ook. Die kun je ten alle tijden terugkijken. Ook ligt er een heel handig instructieboek in de camper trouwens. Prima te gebruiken. Gerrie zijn camper is super! Schoon, heel netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Je komt niets tekort. Aan praktisch alles is gedacht. Van toiletpapier tot keuken schoonmaak spullen…. Het is allemaal aanwezig. En ook genoeg. Wijzelf hadden beddengoed meegenomen omdat je toch het liefst je eigen spullen bij je hebt. Vergeet niet ook kussens/dekbed mee te nemen. Alles in de camper doet het en is goed te gebruiken. Zelfs een losse accu om mobiel e.d. op te laden wanneer de camper stil staat. Wij hebben rond getoerd in Zuid Engeland. Eén aanrader! Gestaan op hele gave campsides(campings) zo uitkijkend over zee. Máchtig mooi! En nog een voordeel van ‘camperen’: Dat je op ieder plekje, waar je ook bent, je huisje mee hebt. Zalig! Je komt op een mooi plekje, stopt je camper, stoeltjes ( heel comfortabel) buiten met tafels erbij. Staat in een mum. Koffie, broodje erbij en Genieten!! Ow, nog eventjes om te vermelden: de mensen daar, waar we ook kwamen, zijn zo enorm behulpzaam en aardig, wanneer je de weg wil weten ergens naartoe, of een camping zoekt, gewoon vragen. We hebben zoveel hulp gekregen. Eén dikke pluim voor de mensen daar. September 2024

Gerry's customer service was great but unfortunately the vehicle was not in a fit state for rental. The battery was disconnected due to some rust and the result was a breakdown which took several attempts to resolve. There were a few other small issues with the vehicle too which hadn't been picked up during maintenance checks Augustus 2024

An excellent camper and Gerry was brilliant. We had a slight issue in the journey which Gerry was all over to get sorted. It was a fantastic experience as our first camper trip and we will definitely do it again and would definitely go to Gerry for the rental. Thank you so much. Augustus 2024

The camper van was in great condition and very well equipped. Gerry was very attentive and explained everything perfectly. We drove from The Jurassic coast to the the Cotswolds, Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District. We had an amazing trip. Juli 2024

We rented Gerry’s camper van to attend Badminton Horse Trials. Pick up and handover was smooth and thorough with the camper van handed over in immaculate condition, fully fuelled, watered and gassed up. Everything you would want is provided including very comfy camping chairs. Operating the camper van is easy and we effectively lived off grid for 4 days with no issues. The return was smooth and easy and I would recommend Gerry’s camper van to anyone. Great service. Mei 2024

I wouldn't have a problem renting this vehicle again, we had a couple of niggles with the motorhome but they were resolved quickly and with minimal fuss Mei 2024
