Our experience with Gandalf has been overall amazing! Both the van and it’s owner revealed to be extremely kind and gentile, satisfying all our needs and more! Chris is a very gentile soul. He did everything he could to make our trip more comfortable, arranging an Edinburg pickup, and warm comfy blankets for our cold Scottish nights. As we got into the van, everything was clean and in order, very carefully kept and treated, which was a beautiful foreshadows of how much we would have enjoyed our travelling experience. The van was very comfortable and easy to handle! For two drivers not experienced in UK roads, this vehicle helped us at least on the mechanical aspect of the experience, not causing any problem, and on the contrary, being extremely manoeuvrable. Thank you Chris and Gandalf for this experience! We’ll see each other again if the occasion will arise! 😌 September 2022

Many thanks to Chris. Chris is super friendly and extremely helpful. We also kept in touch during the trip. We had a great time in Scotland and can recommend the VW T6(Gandalf) to everyone. Greta and I took Gandalf for a 10 days trip to the Highlands and Skye. The van has worked perfectly, it's equipped with all the necessary and well organised. Chris has been nice and helpful since the first contact. We absolutely recomand him and the rental of Gandalf for your adventures, it has been a true fellow of our journey and we already miss it so much! Augustus 2022

Me and my partner rented the camper Gandalf from Chris over a week to do the NC500. Chris was super responsive, helpful and accommodating since the very beginning. The campervan is simply the best one I’ve ever booked; it has absolutely everything you need, it’s comfortable and the fuel consumption is very low. We had an amazing time thanks to Chris and Gandalf. 100% recommended and I will definitely rent it again. Juli 2022

First of all a big shout out to Chris, who was very kind and helpful from the first moment we got in contact with each other. We've only met Ali once very briefly and I immediately believed all the good words I read about in the other reviews. Gandalf has been perfect the entire way. Good on fuel, easy to drive and some good quality of music as well! The only downside was that the weather forecast let us believe it was supposed to be a lot warmer, so we weren't really prepared for the cold nights in the highlands. Luckily there were some extra blankets tucked away in some of the luxurious compartment space. Would 10/10 hire again! Juni 2022

First off, Chris and Ali were so helpful and friendly! Chris helped with tips about my travels before hand and Ali gave a full explanation of how to use everything in Gandalf. Gandalf himself was amazing, perfect for completing the NC500. Easy to drive and a great size for the winding roads of the highlands. Also really easy to get parked and good on fuel. Inside has everything you could need, cleverly packed and hidden away to maximise use of space. Lots of space for sleeping and really comfortable! I wouldn’t look anywhere else in future when I’m looking to book a camper for further trips. April 2022
