I don't like giving bad reviews but we were not happy with our camper van. A red light started snowing after pick up and when we rang Geoffrey he said carry on to our destination and he would replace the van the next day at 2 pm. Having delayed our holiday for one day due to overbooking we now had to waste another half day for replacement. When it was nearing the 2pm my husband started the engine and the red light had disappeared so we rang Geoffrey and told him to save making the journey, this saving him time and petrol but by this time we had lost another day. The next day we set out and shortly into our journey two red lights appeared. We were fed up now and decided just to carry on. When we returned the van we were told that the van was booked in for a service but surely this should have been done before hiring it out. We couldn't find a petrol station so we're not able to fill up the tank but on our journey home was issued with a bill for £70. I just felt that after everything this could have been waived. The van itself was fine and the handover was fine it was just everything else. G
