Outstanding service from Neil from start to finish. Everything we needed and always willing to change things to what we needed. I/we would highly recommend any of his Campervans. We (5 adults) rented the van for three nights for a small music festival. I hadn’t driven a vehicle of this size before and found it pretty straight forward. Neil’s video, in advance of the trip, was a great way of understanding what to do and not to do, and how to get the best out of the hire. The handover was also very helpful. The van is very well designed, with comfortable seating and beds, and all the essentials you need. There is enough room but ideally you need to be outside or out and about, using it as a base. 5 people inside for a long time wouldn’t have been massively comfortable! We were very pleased with all aspects of the van, and Neil’s support, and have no hesitation providing this recommendation. Mei 2023

We had a fantastic time in Frankie which was easy to drive, super comfy and attentional to detail on all the items in the van was first class as we had everything we could possibly need. Loved the video Neil had made to show everything about the van which made the handover super quick and easy. Looking forward to our next trip! Augustus 2022

We had a great holiday in Bernie G, communication with Neil was great from the time of booking up to our collection, really flexible on pick up times. Bernie G was great to spend a week travelling around Pembrokeshire, really luxurious and air conditioning was a real bonus as the weather was amazing, we would definitely book again. The video was also an added bonus as we were first time motor home users. Augustus 2022

Great weekend camping at Silverstone, way pick up, easy communication, Neil is a great guy, camper was brilliant easy to use, all explained in video and then in person, made the whole rental easy, just of M1, easy pick up, thanks Conrad, left cloths behind then, Neil posted them to us. Such a great experience from start to finish, great motor home, great communications. Friendly and helpful throughout. Even kept a smile as I executed my somewhat dodgy last turn on return., and even returned my hat! Highly recommended. September 2021
