Scotland: Amazing, amazing, amazing! Motorhome: it was clean and well prepared, but had a number of problems eg broken fridge door, oven door, weak bed runner, window screens not fitting. We didn't mind, if the owner had been fair about it all. Owner: told us on arrival he has disputes with previous hirers. He demanded the motorhome back half way through our trip. We were on Iona and he rang, texted, emailed, voice-mailed demanding the van back that night! Goboony helped us to continue the holiday, but it was very upsetting. On our return he took over an hour doing a full inventory to find things to charge us for, it was horrible. Goboony: booking and payment system excellent, and they helped us midway when the owner and wife were bullying us. However, we have complained and not heard back in 2 weeks. The owner put in for costs on our deposit for damage we didn't do, and Goboony just let him have the money. Very unhappy. Advice: Avoid, avoid. Go to a reputable hire company for your trip, as these owners spoiled our holiday. Their reviews were good, but it was clear this was not the first time they have treated people like this. My husband, 12 year old son and I hired a motor home from Malcolm for a short break. Malcolm was very helpful and the vehicle was spotlessly clean, with everything in it that we needed. The whole process went very smoothly and I would recommend hiring from Malcolm to anyone. Augustus 2021

First time motorhoming and definitely not that last as we are about to order a brand new one because of our experience. Malcolm was superb, as was the motorhome. Always just at the end of the phone. should you need him. The motorhome met all our expectations and the above cab bed was very comfortable and surprisingly spacious. Malcolm give us an early pick up along with secure parking. 5 star service. Thank you. Augustus 2021

My family had a great 6 days in Malcolm’s motorhome, older vehicle but was in very good condition and had all the necessities needed, also good value for money compared to other motor home company’s out there, vehicle was very clean and good mpg, l would definitely recommend to others and Malcolm was very helpful. We hired our motor home from Malcolm and we weren’t disappointed. Malcolm was on hand before we even arrived to answer any questions that we had (we were first time motor homers) and we received a very comprehensive briefing on our home on arrival. Malcolm was also only a phone call away should there have been any issues. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Malcolm again (and probably will) and would highly recommend him to others. December 2020
