Positief: The campsite is clean and secure, perfect location for our trip to Disney that plenty to do during the 3 days after. I believe that the mobile home is as clean as the previous occupier left it (as it seems that there is no cleaning personnel), therefore I have to refresh some of the kitchen items (only the ones we used while camping though) and clean a bit around. Lots of things for kids to do (football, tenis, table tennis, indoor play zone, outdoor gym), and we were lucky enough to have 2 hot days, so also enjoyed the pools.

Kan beter: We fund the receptionist very rude and unhelpful ( the one with glasses who speaks better English). We were 3 families, 2 of which rented the same time of mobile home (3 bedroom Noya accommodation). A request for them to be near each other or close by was sent months before arrival and acknowledged by the campsite, however on the day one of the family was placed in a different accommodation (3 bedrooms Lodge) which was located in the opposite part of the campsite. The receptionist didn't take any consideration of prior communication nor tried to help in anyways, just blankly refused to help

Kan beter: More info given about what is already in the van (utensils etc as we brought some and ended up having double) and the bar facilities being open during the week instead of the weekend. Swimming pool was not heated, my kids had to leave as they were shivering

Kan beter: Prestation payantes chere et non données( oublis du personnel de camping donc du en acheter à coulommiers vu que accueil ferme 17h et arrivé possible jusqu a 19h . Jeux enfants couvert sale ( crotte pigeon ) et ouvert trop tardivement ( 10h ) Lit ( matelas trop mou et lattes cassés) et chaise de tables intérieur ( trop large par rapport a la table ) peut confortable Pour 1er j eu 1 pq pour 6 ,1 sac poubelle pas suffisant ,aucun échantillon de lavage gel douche ou autre

Positief: La tranquillité et le mobil home qui était spacieux et très bien placé

Positief: Parc bien arboré, bien entretenu, mobile home nickel ( hormis la literie très dure et les variations de température de la douche lors de l'utilisation)

Kan beter: Mobilier extérieur très bas de gamme

Positief: Mobil-home impeccable. Beaucoup de jeux et structures pour les enfants, en très bon état, bien sécurisés. Belle piscine chauffée. Camping bien situé proche des parcs Astérix et Disneyland. Proche également de la cité médiévale de Provins ou du château de Vaux le vicomte.

Kan beter: Il reste un peu de tonte à faire autour des mobil-homes. Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas arriver avant 15h.

Positief: Super camping bonne activité pour grands et petits le mobil home magnifique déco rien à dire la piscine est petite il n'y a pas assez de transats les gens les bloque et s'en vont je trouve ça inadmissible pour les autres .

Kan beter: À revoir l'arrivée c'est pas pratique et le départ trop tôt.
