Positief: The safari tent was clean and comfortable

Kan beter: No staff on site all night. We were up all night whilst a group of people were dancing with loud music, spitting outside and being sick outside of our tent until 6am in the morning meaning we had no sleep whatsoever. There is no security on site and no one to contact out of hours.

Positief: The mobile home was very dirty and needed a massive upgrade and shouldn't have been rented out. Best thing about it was the decking except you couldn't open the bedroom window due to decking blocking it. Even after cleaners came out it was still dirty just glad they got rid of what looked like droppings. Was never offered a move just didn't have to clean when we left which wouldn't have made a difference if I had anyway.

Kan beter: Dirty floors doors windows blinds and what looked like droppings under the beds. Broken door frames nailed back in. Warped frames from what looked like there had been a flood in the van. The whole mobile smelt of damp and mould. Counter broken/wobbly shelf broken and missing in bathroom. Ground in dirty all over the floors kitchen plinths under the wardrobe and heater in bedroom. Heater in living room broken. Spiders and webs all over the place and returned even after cleaned.

Kan beter: L’entretien des mobils home ( poussière sur les meubles, moisissures sur les joints du réfrigérateur, moisissures dans la douche et le long du lavabo, réfrigérateur abîmé, tablette sdb cassée et non remplacée, spot dans chambre cassé, traces d’humidité dans salle de bain etc ( photos si besoin) entretien des espaces verts ( déchets sur les terrasses et aux abords des mobils home), l’entretien également de la piscine, un local poubelle approprié

Positief: The pool and slide were excellent. The pizzas and waffles were amazing, the staff at the restaurant and reception were great. The park, trampolines, tennis courts etc were all really good and it’s great you can use them all for free.

Kan beter: More evening entertainment. Bedding included in the price. A kettle, toaster and oven included in the accommodation Digital televisions for watching English television on Netflix etc. Netted blind in the master bedroom was broken, meaning we couldn’t open the window or we would get bugs in. It was hot during our stay so this was inconvenient. No lights near the park, made it dangerous for the kids playing at night. Public toilets in the restaurant and reception needed attention, dirty and full of spiders.

Positief: Très bon accueil , conduis directement à l’emplacement et formalités après c’est super .bien apprécié l’air de jeu couvert ainsi que l’amabilité du personnel du snack et la qualité des produits.

Kan beter: Déçus que le camping ne mette pas en avant les activités et spécialités de la région a part Disney.le sol des abords de la piscine sales dès l’ouverture ( saletés et papiers qui traînent..)incivilités à la piscine :les personnes crient pour s’exprimer , les personnes qui sautent presque sur nous en plongeant,le surnombre largement dépassé (100 personnes).Le Manque de respect des campeurs dans les sanitaires et aux bacs à vaisselle ( restes de nourriture dans le fond de l’évier , papier toilette parterre et wc non brossés après passage)le conteneur à poubelle à côté de la réception , pourquoi

Positief: Sehr schöner, großer Stellplatz. Anlage + Pool in gutem Zustand, Kinder hatten viel Spaß gute Lage, Paris und Disneyland perfekt erreichbar sehr schöne Tierparks in Reichweite

Kan beter: Stellplätze ohne Abwasseranschluß kein Restaurant + Angebot der Bistros eher dürftig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten begrenzt

Positief: Swimming pool, large area around park for kids to ride their bikes, entertainment was good, lakes with big fish to catch, excellent location for Disney

Kan beter: Cleaner facilities; toilets could have been cleaned more frequently, showers needed a good clean. Shower room was unisex which wasn't ideal. Entertainment could have been on more during peak season rather than just 2 nights per week.

Positief: Die Nähe zum Disneyland

Kan beter: Die Sauberkeit auf den Toiletten und in den duschen. Die Trennwände und angrenzenden Abtrennungen sind sehr stark verschmutzt. Die Reinigungsarbeiten werden mäßig ausgeführt und der Schmutz nur von links nach rechts geschoben. Schlimm und unhygienisch!

Positief: La proximité avec Paris Les installations pour les enfants Les piscines

Kan beter: L'odeur permanente d'urine au niveau du toboggan et de la piscine. Un peu de musique ou d'animation le soir serait agréable Les tarifs au bar Beaucoup de bruit très tôt le matin (enfants qui hurlent dès 6h)
