Entspannter urlaub
Positief: Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Man wird herzlich begrüßt und alle sind bestrebt, dass man seine Ferien genießen kann. Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld für einen speziellen Platz zu erhalten war super.
Kan beter: Leider war die Poolbar bei unserer Ankunft noch nicht geöffnet und es dauerte noch eine Weile. Auch fehlten noch ein paar Utensilien, wie z.B. der Schieber für die Dusche, was nach der ersten Woche jedoch auch kein Thema mehr war.
