Positief: La personne à l’accueil est très à l’écoute et très soignante. Toujours disponible pour les personnes qui viennent au bureau ou même pour une arrivée tardive.

Kan beter: la propreté des sanitaires, la personne qui s’en occupe, note qu’elle passe, mais rien n’est fait ou même, ne passe pas tout court

Kan beter: 9 am is late to pick up croissants, but it's a minor quibble.

Positief: Disponibilité du personnel

Positief: We didn't arrive due to our trip being delayed as my husband had an operation. Campsite would not alter our date as we had booked through ACSI and didn't have a flexi booking nor give us a refund even though it was for medical reasons. It appears the campsite were still under the impression we were coming and had stayed!

Positief: We loved the big pitches to park on, the quietness, the beauty, the restaurant and music at Coco plage 5 mins walk away by the lake, great facilities
