Kan beter: Ladies toilets were closed while we were there

Positief: The guardian made us feel welcome even though we arrived quite late having made no reservation. The pitches were quite large, and reasonably level, bordered by hedges for privacy. The sanitation blocks were extremely good, and spotlessly clean, accessed by an illuminated press-button code box. There seems to be an over-night parking area for late arrivals off the ferry, but I'm not sure.

Kan beter: The guardian advised us the previous evening that, for early morning departures, but after 6:30, the barrier would open automatically on approach. In our case it did not. Panic! We had to get to the port for 7:30. One of us had to use the code box intended for arrivals (on the other side of the barrier) so it was an inconvenience, rather than a catastrophe.

Positief: Good pitches, great location and good surroundings. Lovely goats, nice atmosphere.

Kan beter: Reception re-opening at 1400h would be good; strange to have vide chemoir facilities inside the sanitaires.

Kan beter: Un peu plus d eau chaude dans les sanitaires.

Positief: This campsite is convenient for us to stop over and visit the local vets before returning to the UK.

Kan beter: The front parking for camping cars and caravans is to small when people ar trying to check in and needs to be altered, also some rubbish bins nearer to the beach gate.
