Positief: Friendly staff, great location and restaurant.

Kan beter: The old set of shower toilet facilities not the best.

Positief: All pitches in nice area with trees or hedges. Small but pleasant pool area which attracts the sun even on cool days, thankfully no slides. Pleasant shop which doesn’t require ordering baguettes and pastries. Restaurant and bar in an attractive courtyard which has a carried menu, not just pizzas and burgers although thy are available and good quality. It is a relaxing attractive campsite.

Kan beter: My only issue was that many campsites ask to complete payment the day before you leave. We were asked if we were paying the outstanding amount when we arrived which is not a problem. However our 15 year old dog became very unwell at home and we had to leave 2 days early, we were very distressed and were unable to arrive home in time to say goodbye. I asked if it was possible for a refund but was told no. This is my only issue but maybe it is allowed to pay on the day before you leave but we hadn’t asked.

Positief: Ein tolles Gelände, das sehr vielseitig ist. Vor dem Schloss eine große Wiese die zum spielen genutzt wird … Stellplätze unter Obstbäumen, der Schlossgarten mit Blick aufs Schloss und schöner Bepflanzung. Die Sanitäranlagen waren richtig gut und geräumig !

Positief: The location was fantastic, in an orchard being overlooked by a chateau. As good as it gets

Positief: Aussicht auf die alten Gemäuer

Kan beter: Die Warmwasserversorgung insbesondere bei den Abwaschbecken war nicht ausreichend. Da dieser Bereich angesichts der Größe des Platzes sehr knapp bemessen ist, wäre eine häufigere Reinigung sehr wünschenswert.(Was bei den Stellplatzpreisen zu erwarten wäre.)

Positief: Settings / Surrounding are beautiful and great location for ferry port

Kan beter: Showers were absolutely freezing and no hot water to wash up in which makes washing pans very difficult

Positief: the site provided a peaceful setting for our stay in Normandy, the site it superb, with beautiful surroundings and well manager grounds. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean and well managed.

Positief: It's been many years since were were at Martragny and we love what they've done with the place. This time was just an overnight stay on our way home, but we have since pledged to return for a longer stay. We called in the afternoon to say we were arriving late (car trouble...) but Basile put us immediately at ease and clearly nothing was too much trouble for him: "It is your holiday, please don't worry", he said. Even offered to find us food if the restaurant was closed when we arrived (it wasn't). Great stuff. Tapestry or no, we'll be back!

Positief: Very friendly staff and a great location. Nestled amongst mature fruit trees with excellent facilities.
