Positief: Location and site are very good, pitches are good sizes and facilities are all good. Staff are great and help with questions. This was our second visit and will visit again when in the area.

Kan beter: Some shower push buttons were a little quick when they needed to be pushed again. Minor niggle when soapy

Positief: We very much enjoyed our stay at the site. The house was beautiful and the grounds nice too. The shop, pool, bar and restaurant were great assets. Its location was also perfect for exploring the Normandy sights. We also appreciated the rural location immediately off site where we enjoyed walking our dog.

Kan beter: We were charged our balance twice (we paid before and then on arrival). We queried it and it was resolved. I heard another client with the same issue so not an isolated problem. Your payment system should be more accurate to avoid this. I think more could be made of the grounds to entertain families - perhaps mini golf, petangue, large wooden play structure….??

Kan beter: Der Online-Buchungspprozess ist kompliziert und nicht komfortabel , die dazugehörige Kommunikation spärlich und nicht lösungsorientiert - unsere Zahlung wurde zunächst nicht akzeptiert und wir hatten viel Aufwand mit der Klärung - und am Ende keine dafür angemessene Entschuldigung

Positief: Der Platz bietet durch sein Ambiente (sehr schöne alte Gebäude, viele Bäume und Hecken, durchgängig grüne Wiesen) und seine Weitläufigkeit absolute Entspannung. Keinerlei Lärm von außerhalb stört. Optimal auch für Kinder. Großzügige Flächen zum Spielen, großer Pool, Tennisplatz. Sehr beachtlich ist auch der Umgang mit Mülltrennung. Man kann sogar extra Eimer für Grünmüll ausleihen.Das hatten wir bisher noch nie!
