Kan beter: Update reservation email with accurate end of check in time. Get staff that don’t yell at the guests when they follow the directions provided in the reservation email. Get staff that will turn the electricity on for you at your parking location. Answer the late check in phone number. Answer the emergency bell/call when it is utilized. Make sure the hot water works in the showers, besides when a toilet is flushed. Don’t advertise food/drinks available for purchase if they are not.

Positief: Ein sehr schöner kleiner Campingplatz in der unmittelbaren Nähe der schönen Stadt Tournus. Die Sanitäranlage waren sauber. Der Empfang sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
