Mostly pleasant but seemed under-staffed
Positief: Hygenic areas - Regular cleaning of bathrooms and utility sinks Location - Lovely part of Ardennes and on pretty Semois River Entertainment - There was a great band on a Saturday night we were there Swimming - There was a pool and a spot in the river for water play
Kan beter: Dishevelled - tables of scattered magazines and brochures outside of reception, bits of broken things all over like the bottom spring of a piece of children's equipment sticking out of the ground Car charging - impossible to charge on the one charge point as there was no system of reserving it Lack of staffing - hard to find someone to ask questions of ("reception" wasn't open until 1pm). Information given wasn't always correct. No supervision of crowded pool area. Minimal staff seemed exhausted and stretched thin.
