Positief: I thought it was a beautiful site with very large pitches.

Kan beter: No 200m sign post approaching from watten side. Zero facilities open. Gentleman on reception told me bakery 800m away would bd open, it wasn’t! This info should be known.

Positief: The site had great online booking. It was great to find somewhere so nice near the port for the last night of our trip. We got a large site with electric. The site has nice sports facilities, clean bathrooms and lovely trees.

Kan beter: I chose electric hookup on my booking and then had a confirmation without electricity. They double checked on arrival and we're able to offer electric hookup anyway so it was all sorted in the end

Positief: It was early season so very peaceful and we were fortunate to enjoy great weather. Short distance from Calais and ideal Base to explore further afield. We used it to watch Tour of Flanders and Paris Roubaix. Julian was very welcoming and provided assistance when requested.

Kan beter: WiFi was not reliable and phone signal poor.

Positief: It’s lovely place and has nice feel, all service we’re really nice and the site has a lovely feel, however we booked knowing it had a restaurant, bar and other facilities on site however upon booking wasn’t told these would be closed and not ready for opening yet, this was disappointing to find out upon checking in

Kan beter: State what is and not open upon booking relevant time of year, ensure there is enough toilet rolls to use, soap within was area and service areas checked more for cleanliness

Positief: Lovely place, very warm welcome

Positief: April 1st we arrived at 1:30 everything was ready for the 1st day no problems

Positief: We stayed for couple of days before coming back to England after our 2week holiday to Brugge, The Hague and Amsterdam, so was nice just to chill walk etc after all the city's adventures. Lovely welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Facilities were all good and clean. Restaurant, swimming pool etc were closed for end of season but can imagine how nice it would all be in the mice weather. We will definitely use again if in the area and highly recommend.

Positief: They booked my spaniel into the vets for me! What a delight! Just popped 10 minutes down the road at 6 pm to get her worming tablet - vet adorable and very sweet with my belligerent bundle of joy! If you like one star Michelin restaurants, St Omer has a restaurant called Bacôve which is exceptional! Campsite is immaculate and staff wonderful. It’s our first and last stop every year now! :-))))(
