Positief: Our motorhome broke down in Dover, which meant we were unable to arrive on our scheduled date. We called Julian, who kindly reassured us that we could rebook our stay at any time, even the following year. Positief: A fantastic position from the train or Ferry. Nice large pictures, and a good restaurant and bar.

Kan beter: We missed our bread and croissants getting delivered in the morning.

Positief: This is the second time we have stopped here and it is still as good as our first experience.

Kan beter: Have a note on booking system that if someone wants to use ACSI they should email the site and not use the online booking system as it can’t cope with the ACSI discount.
