Kan beter: Le restaurant n'est pas dutout adapté au standing du camping; Assiette peu garni, repas surgelés

Positief: Great facilities, compact site, excellent site. Agathe on reception was very helpful when my granddaughter needed a doctor - thank you Agathe. Merci beaucoup 😊

Kan beter: The small pool is very tired and needs some attention.

Positief: We liked the swimming lake and indoor pool and the table tennis

Kan beter: Having amplified music or events until 11pm is too late for a family campsite. On the Friday night we were kept awake until after 230am by loud singing from the centre of the site. (We had asked to move pitch on arrival - after fellow campers warned of the noise - but were told this was not possible.)

Positief: Les infrastructures pour les activités : accrobranche, piscine, lac, poneys, etc

Kan beter: Les animations du soir n’étaient pas pour tout public

Positief: Schwimmöglichkeiten, Freizeitangebote, Ruhe, alle sehr nett

Kan beter: Durchgehende Öffnungszeiten im Supermarkt

Positief: Notre séjour en famille c'est très bien passé. Les multiples activités que vous proposez sont très bien. Le personnel est vraiment très agréable et à l'écoute des clients.

Kan beter: Faire attention quand vous fournissez un mobil home et que cela fait longtemps qu'il n'a pas été utilisé. Peut être y refaire un petit tour avant. Restauration du midi un peu juste en choix et quantité

Positief: Great entertainment and a well stocked shop onsite

Kan beter: Golf carts need to slow down, I witnessed a few near misses with young children. More soap dispensers are needed in toilets or the ones that are already there refilling more often as more often than not, there wasn't any soap. Maybe offer some more activities in the day? The local market list could do with more refinement as not all of the markets are on each week. In the swimming pool, near the "mushroom", some of the rocks/tiles are broken and need to be replaced, I was worried about cuts from the sharp edges. The inside bar area is an underutilised space, could do with aircon & TV screens.

Positief: Avons passé un super week end , camping propre, multiples activités possibles en supplément et pleins de services accessibles sans sortir du camping ( supérette, resto ...)

Kan beter: Manque de parasols ou de voile ombrage au lac et à l'espace piscine. Prix de l'Emplacement camping-car excessif (110€ la Nuit, peu d'écart avec des locations chalets ou mobilhome ...)

Positief: Accueil (merci Sophie )super de tout le personnel, animateurs au top ( merci spécial à Thomas et l'équipe d' accrobranche)balade en forêt, piscine, activités, spectacle ,on a passé une super semaine .

Kan beter: Petit bémol sur le mobil home vieillissant mais l'équipe technique a été très réactive .

Positief: Les + • lac et piscine •minigolf gratuit • ballade à poney pour les petits à 10e • grand emplacement dont certains ombrages • sanitaires neufs • eau fraîche sur terrain • supérette garnie même si chère • isolé si on cherche la verdure et avec animation pour les enfants

Kan beter: Les - • pas d’entretien des espaces (espaces verts non entretenus - orties, herbes hautes…, plantes dans les sanitaires avec mauvaises herbes abondantes) (piscine couverte non maintenue, grilles d’évacuation décollées et dangereuses) • sanitaires non nettoyés en profondeur • employés non formés au tourisme? (bonjour à chaque client?, voiturette qui roule vite avec poussière sur les clients …)
