Positief: I have been coming to Chateau de Chanteloup for 10 years and it is one of my favourite places to stay. Normally I would have camped but decided to glamp in the comfortable bell tents.this time. The beds were very comfortable and it was lovely to have a well equipped outdoor kitchen . The facilities at the Chateau are lovely , the swimming pool, table tennis, chill out areas, a cozy bar and a lovely bistro with wonderful food. There are bikes on site too.The baker comes to the Chateau in the morning, a real treat. The Chateau and garden areas are just beautiful and the staff very friendly

Positief: A loverly setting and our 3rd trip however whilst facilities had much improved the reasturant was very dissapointing having to send the food back twice (Steak which was as tough as could be) had yo opt for a piza instead. I think it might be run indipendantly to the site? Dissappinting as it used to be excelent.

Kan beter: Reasturant and pricing of the camp site, too expensive and won't return because of this.

Positief: Super Location in einer Parkähnlichen Anlage, tolle Mitarbeiter, Restaurant mit gutem Essen und Service. Gute und saubere Sanitäranlagen. Alles Perfekt, wir kommen wieder wenn wir in der Gegend sind.

Positief: The layout of pitches encourages people to chat to each other. We chatted with about 8 other couples - more than on any other site. Also the spaciousness makes you appreciate the birds and the trees around you. I like the communal seating areas outside the chateau, again encouraging friendliness.

Kan beter: It would be nice if the archway from the pool to the toilet block had a few less bushes as it’s a bit dark and uncomfortable to go through if you are wary of getting get bitten. Also in the shower block it would be useful to have more mops. There was only one that I noticed - it would encourage people to wipe the floor after they used the shower if there was a mop in sight. A recycling bin with the other 2 near the chateau woukd be useful.

Positief: Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage im Grünen, der weitläufige Stellplatz mit genügend Abstand zu anderen Campern und das Ambiente vor Ort mit dem schönen Chateau.

Positief: Beautiful location, helpful, friendly staff, excellent facilities, very peaceful and relaxing.

Positief: Perfect campsite. Friendly staff. Great food and service in the restaurant. Clean and good quality showers and toilets. Lovely pool. A very enjoyable stay and we will be back soon.

Positief: We liked the staff, the grounds, the pitch, toilet and shower facilities, washing machines and restaurant. All first class.

Kan beter: Graham banged his head badly on the side exit opening of the gents toilets by the urinals. This needs to be looked at. Also no English razor sockets in men's shower area.

Positief: A delightful place and very friendly helpful staff. The setting and Chateau are spectacular..

Kan beter: You can be a long way from showers/dish washing/ and all other facilities.. Quite costly with the limited facilities.
