Positief: Beautiful setting with the chateau, sweet tables and chairs in the garden, and pitches nicely spaced with empty space in the centre. We enjoyed the bar and the activities provided. The bathrooms were very clean and staff warm and friendly. Pool very clean with plenty of sunbeds.

Kan beter: The pool was a little too cold. Unlimited WiFi would be nice. The shop is too expensive (we bought milk).

Positief: Staying at Chateau de Chanteloup was wonderful. The site is beauitful - spacious, well-maintained and with all you need. The people are friendly, helpful and seem to enjoy their work, which makes the atmosphere great. The local area is peaceful, pretty and yet still close to everything you might need.

Positief: Fantastic facilities, beautiful setting, great atmosphere, and lots of things to do! A really family-friendly site, where children are safe to explore and make friends.

Kan beter: Our pitch was very sandy (it got everywhere!)

Positief: A lovely campsite with everything you need.

Kan beter: We stayed in the woods which is peaceful but the sand is a muddy dirty sandy making it difficult to keep everything clean. It rained and went everywhere the children's entertainers need more energy to engage the children. They seem unexperienced so the children are quite shy. They enjoy the games but soon get bored as need to mix up the activities more.

Positief: This was the fifth time we stayed here and I'm pleased that it maintains it low key, relaxing environment.

Positief: Wonderful holiday again with Valerie and Benoit and the amazing dream team. My teenagers thoroughly enjoyed the new activities for this year including the Chanteloup Olympics and the Casino night. Can’t wait book again for 2025

Kan beter: The toilet blocks were not as clean as they could have been this year, particularly the block located at the entrance to the site which often lacked toilet paper and hand soap, however, they were very busy and didn’t spoil our stay at all.
