Positief: Fantastic facilities, beautiful setting, great atmosphere, and lots of things to do! A really family-friendly site, where children are safe to explore and make friends.

Kan beter: Our pitch was very sandy (it got everywhere!)

Positief: A lovely campsite with everything you need.

Kan beter: We stayed in the woods which is peaceful but the sand is a muddy dirty sandy making it difficult to keep everything clean. It rained and went everywhere the children's entertainers need more energy to engage the children. They seem unexperienced so the children are quite shy. They enjoy the games but soon get bored as need to mix up the activities more.

Positief: Die Anlage mit dem Schloss ist wunderschön. Es gibt ein Schwimmbad, einen Angelteich und viel Platz. Die WC Anlage und Dusche sind in Ordnung. Ganz toll gelegen mit viel Charme. Waren nur eine Nacht, aber die war super..

Positief: A lovely stay in this beautiful campsite! I had visited when I was younger so was pleased to see that the character of Chanteloup was still the same but with many improvements too! A very relaxed campsite with plenty of activities to keep kids busy. The entertainment offered was excellent! The staff/ dream team were very welcoming. A very welcoming campsite!

Kan beter: More bins for recycling around the campsite to make it easier to sort waste. Also better signage on what should go into each bin to make it clearer.

Positief: One of the most beautiful and friendly campsite we have been. Very peaceful location but still lovely, great atmosphere and great camping pitches.

Kan beter: Maybe a bit maybe more info available about the surrounding area like walks , bike rides. Not great vegetarian options in the restaurant.

Positief: The friendly and relaxed environment. Something for every age from 7years to Grand parents.

Positief: We love your site! Its tranquil, and always gives us some time to chill out and enjoy ourselves.

Kan beter: Some easier routes from the woodland pitches to the services please - the route we used last year has been removed! Also, more parasols around the pool would be great :-) Limited free wifi for the entire day would be great, not to stream but to just use for general data.
