Positief: We have stayed at Le Picard a few times now . We are always made to feel welcome by Delphine and Laurent. The food in the restaurant is excellent, all freshly cooked by Laurent. Overall a wonderful stay.

Kan beter: The only thing I can say is the toilet and shower block could do with a little updating. But that is a very small point ,and no way reflects on our wonderful stay.

Positief: The site is beautiful, tranquil and is very well situated to see the historic sites of the area. We visited with my sister and her husband who know the area well. We emigrated to Canada and have always wanted to explore the D Day landing beaches. We weren’t disappointed. The site and surroundings were better than we anticipated. Now we know why our relatives have been visiting for many years.

Kan beter: The Snack Bar is a misnomer, it would be more accurately described as a Bistro, and should be renamed. The food was excellent.

Positief: Ce camping est l'image même du camping comme nous l'aimons. Une large place aux caravaniers ou campeurs dans un cadre très agréable et idéalement placé pour la découverte des trésors de la région, musées de Littry, abbaye de Cerisy, plages du débarquement et les musées... Tout à moins de 30 km et un calme absolu. Il faut ajouter à cela une propreté irréprochable des emplacements et des sanitaires et l'extrême gentillesse des propriétaires qui se démènent pour faire de ce camping, un petit coin de paradis.

Positief: We have been staying at Le Picard from 1997 . We try to get our at least twice a year, if possible. Delphine and Laurent are delightful owners, they are very friendly. We have a favourite pitch and they always try to put us on it.
