All very convenient and friendly, enagaged, flexible in meeting customer needs regarding the timing of takeover and return, includig a lift to the trainstation, which takes you to the airport. I just found the 60 Euro charge for a minor scratch in the paint a bit overdrawn. The seats are covered in a somewhat stiff plastic cover for protection, which cannot be removed. It's ok, but not very comfortable. All in all, a clearly positive experience. Many thanks!
