Tiago was extremely kind and responsive from start to finish. He picked us up from the airport right on time and walked us through all of the equipment in the car. He provided a lot of thoughtful touches, which made living out of a car very enjoyable. There was an unforeseen challenge with the car at the end of our trip, but Tiago responded promptly and addressed it. All in all, we had a good experience and the car was well-suited for our needs and our style of travel.

Our experience was very positive. Thiago went through the running of the vehicle very thoroughly. It suited our needs perfectly. It was very clean and there was everything you would need to have a comfortable trip. The communication, collection and drop-off were excellent. Thank you, Thiago, for such a great experience, you are lovely people, we hope to come back soon.
